Charming, Spacious Spanish home with Heated Pool & Spa. Indoor / Outdoor Living with Gas Fire Pit. Permit #066250. Please note there is no charge to heat the spa/hot tub. There is a $50/day pool heating charge. This is an option. You do not have to have the pool heated every day. Guests' voices and noise from pool activities must be kept to a normal level during hours of 7am-10pm. Quiet time outside begins at 10pm. No outside music after 10pm.
