Great place especially for a large group! We had everything we could need and were very comfortable. Fabulous location, easy to get to both the mountains and Denver. Great garden backyard area!

This place was so comfortable and worked so well for our stay. The lower level speakeasy space and theater area were the perfect spot for enjoying an evening in. The beds were very comfortable, we were provided plenty of linens, and lots of little extras like coffee and snacks that made our stay even better. The icing on the cake was the backyard outdoor space - lots of seating options and the hot tub was large and clean. The location itself is great - Arvada is full of everything you need and the Old Towne area has a bunch of great restaurants. You are also close to downtown and Morrison for a show at Red Rocks. We also easily did a quick mid-day visit to Boulder. Brandon was a very welcoming host and I would highly recommend this for anyone coming to the Denver area!

This cute AirBnB is so easy to get to and stay at! It was easy to hop in the car and get down to Pearl Street or head to the flatirons. Grocery stores within a half mile. And the property was adorable. There’s more space than the photos indicate, and there are lots of thoughtful touches too. Great kitchen, nice hot tub and a fenced in back yard. Plenty of towels and general supplies, too. Kerry was also a great host and very easy to communicate with when we had questions. I also REALLY appreciate the bins for recycling, as lots of places we’ve stayed in Colorado haven’t had that.

Our party of 13 gathered for a bachelorette weekend and this was the perfect place to stay! We selected the property based on the size, lovely backyard, and high-capacity seating options. This property was everything we hoped for and more. Some of the common challenges of large-party rentals were no problem here. We had plenty of towels (bath AND designated outside towels), enough bathrooms, more than enough dishware, and plenty of options for room configurations. Being able to all sit together at the sunroom table, living room, and downstairs rec room was also a huge plus! This house is perfect for any group of friends/family looking to spend time together. I cannot recommend this property enough!

David was an amazing and responsive host! Beautiful, clean home. My family loved the pool and lake front views! We will be back!

We enjoyed our stay!! Very spacious and many things to do ( games, movies, game room, fire pit and jacuzzi). Very spacious! Close to a park. Coffee, restaurants and shops are a quick drive. 10 minutes from Regis University. Overall. All 10-11 of us had a great experience while we were there.

Cozy! Perfect spot for a family visit for the weekend. Erick was also super communicative, and provided us with extra blankets for the extreme cold weather we had while we were there. Would book again!

My wife and I had our anniversary here and had an amazing time! The house was beautiful and we love evergreen and hike around the area often. We’ve stayed in a lot of air bnb’s and this one is up with our favorites. I noticed a review about a mouse upon reading some others and I have to say we found a little spider friend, but that’s to be expected with cabin living and didn’t bother us in the slightest. I’d say for anyone that’s ever lived in a remote area or stayed in a cabin, this place is truly amazing. There was heavy fog in the area one of the days we stayed and we thought it was beautiful!.
