Wonderful old-school beach holiday cottage, with the best location in Albany. The cottage has everything you need to cook your own meals etc. The only thing to be aware of is the lack of wifi, as mobile coverage is not very good down at Emu Point. Could be considered a plus if you're keen to disconnect.

We've stayed at Peppie's three times now, because we love it so much. It's in a great location, close to the beach in a quiet cul-de-sac; has a good layout; is clean and fully equipped. Vanora is a great host, providing friendly and efficient service.

Thank you David for a wonderful weekend. Our group had a great time. Absolutely stunning views. Close walking distance from Goode beach which is very nice and convenient. You were very quick to answer our queries when we were not sure on things. This made things run smoothly for us. The house is stunning! Rooms were clean and tidy and amenities listed were all included for our stay. The only downside for us was the driveway as we found it a little challenging after a whole long day packed full of site-seeing and chasing salmon. But that’s the only tiny downside to our stay. Overall, 5 ⭐️ from us. We will find another opportunity to go back to Albany and back to The Vista, Goode Beach.

Inviting Seaside Abode

We had issues with the clothes dryer and one of the lights blew in the bedroom and the response to fix these was very prompt. The location was so close to the beach, a great coffee shop and ‘fish & chip’ place. Unlike most places, they gave a good supply of toilet paper and had plenty of tea towel’s in the kitchen. The outside area (& the large dinner table) were great places to connect with all our family who live locally in Albany.

Beach Break at Dillon

Pros - fabulous location approx. halfway between Middleton Beach and Emu Point. A 5 min stroll to the beach and then you would often have a huge stretch of beach all to yourself. Can also easily walk along the beach or cycle track to Emu Point cafe for brekky or lunch. Was lovely to hear the ocean at all times and there were floor-to-ceiling windows to let in lots of natural light and fresh air. The unit itself is also very spacious inside. Outdoor shower (round the back corner of the house) was a bonus after a beach swim! Helen was easy to communicate with and friendly. Cons - washing machine only works intermittently, other times clothing comes out sudsy and soaked. Dryer turns on but doesn't actually work to dry the clothes. Bed in master bedroom - Tempur foam mattress - some people may love it, we found it very uncomfortable as not used to that type of mattress. No tempering valve in the kitchen tap - don't burn yourself! Overall, we had a great stay!

Fantastic place to stay. The chalet was very clean and well kept. Everything worked well, the bbq was spotless and the few times I chatted to the staff they were all very down to earth and friendly. Would happily book there again.

Loved the place. Perfect for people and dogs. Great spot. So close to beach. Mum walked to cafe while i walked doggie girl on beach. Perfect. Wonderful friendly helpful flexible staff. Great home away from home. Wanted to stay and stay and stay. Plan to be back again and again. Thank you.

We had a great stay here with our dogs. The house is very clean and has all the facilities that you need on a relaxed holiday. The back veranda is spacious and is a good, sheltered place to enjoy the views of the natural environment and wildlife. It is close to the Prawn Rock Channel which you can walk to very easily from the house, and to other beaches such as Ocean Beach and Lights Beach which are just a short car journey.

I had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb in Albany! The place was clean, cozy, and exactly as described. It had all the essentials and more, making it feel like a home away from home. The location was perfect—peaceful and quiet, yet close enough to local attractions and shops. The host was incredibly welcoming, friendly, and responsive throughout the stay, which made everything so easy and comfortable. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting Albany and would love to stay here again in the future!

Rarely say this but Claire House surpassed expectations-this is exactly what an air bnb should be. It felt like you were staying in a unique and well loved property. Incredible location, absolutely huge with plenty of extras like games, books, magazines, kayaks, firewood etc.... Property description doesn't really do it justice

Felt like, so impressed with how clean the apartment was. Kitchen fully equipped. We just enjoyed our stay and walking distance to the beach and some restaurants.
