This luxury cottage has three bedrooms one of which has an en suite with the other two sharing a spacious bathroom with separate shower and roll top bath. The living space leads on to the raised outside decked area so that the meandering river views can be seen from both inside and out. Our home is a grade 2 listed building with large rooms and gardens. It is a perfect location for sightseeing North Wales, Anglesey, Chester, Liverpool and Manchester . We are very close to the beautiful Snowdonia National Park and the coast. Perfect for walkers and anyone who enjoys beautiful countryside. Paula and Simon live on the premises, so are on hand for any help and advice if needed. The guest wing has maximum privacy, but is joined to main house, with access to garden,patio & BBQ area.

Seperate entrance to our home so guests dont get disturbed. A kettle with tea and coffee supplied. We are always available for any advice or concerns. Offas dyke path about 1.5miles away with the option of a lift (pre arranged with extra supplement) The coast, snowdonia, liverpool airport and chester are all within 1hr drive.

Viking barrel, sleeps 2-4 people. Rural location on the Penbedw Estate, North Wales/Cheshire border. It sits above a walled tennis court, overlooking a tranquil lake, filled with wildlife and birdsong. If you want to get away from it all, sit by the fire pit , enjoy the extensive walking, cycling routes on offer, in between a few games of tennis. Bell tent - sleeps max of 4, can be erected for extra guests. On a farm, always looking for willing hands to help move sheep, wellbehaved dogs welcome.

Detached ensuite holiday cottage set in it's own grounds close to Llangollen, North Wales, featuring offroad parking for 2 vehicles, a large kitchen, a farmhouse style dining table seating up to 8 and a large upstairs lounge with valley views and a balcony. Newly built in 2014, Jasmine Cottage is suitable for couples, families and groups of friends. However it may not be suitable for young children due to regulatory fire escape windows in the upstairs bedrooms. Sorry, no pets allowed thank you.

The Stone Hut is in a very secluded spot surrounded by woods. It has two rooms, one is the bedroom which has a double bed and the other room has an unusual cast iron wood burner with two cooking rings and a kitchen area. There is an outside shower hut and a compost loo which is all for your own private use. There is no electric so you will need to get the fire going to boil the kettle.We provide a coolbox for keeping food cool, and provide ice packs. Please note, only one well behaved dog.
