Magnificent. Everything about the house was terrific!

We loved being right in the heart of Colonial Beach! Less than a 10 min walk to several restaurants, breweries, entertainment and the beach! We would totally stay here again. It felt like grandma’s fun beach house; cool vintage touches throughout, cozy and welcoming.

This was a perfect vacation place for family and friends, every bed room has an attached bathroom which is rear to find, entire house is very clean, spotless, amenities are awesome. There is an electric charger for electric vehicles. All our guests loved it and they are ready to come back to create more memories. Ample parking, very nicely equipped kitchen, TVs on both the floors, great dining table and furniture for your entire group. Overall, it was an awesome place close to beach and many great restaurants.

The house was perfect for our family. Everything was just right, from the bedrooms, to the kitchen, to the proximity to everything to the amenities. The kids loved the perfect-sized bedrooms, and the dog loved being able to come with us. Highly recommend staying here, as the home is taken care of, and it is run by someone that cares about comfort.

This was a great little hide away. Cyrano and family made us feel right at home. Very quiet place and would come again. I am so glad we found this place.

Donna was a terrific host, responded to my questions promptly and the one level house worked really well for my group who was in town for a family wedding. My mom needed the room with the hand holds in the shower and all of us enjoyed the king beds in the other rooms. The view is spectacular and we loved having the option to sit on the front or side porch depending on the time of day. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed. We also liked the way the living room was set up with plenty of seating for our group. I would recommend this house!

Great little stay. The bedroom and nearby desk were a great retreat and work area. I wasn't at the house much but Gia was very friendly, welcoming and proactive when I was.

We enjoyed our stay at the Maison Dupont. The room was clean, comfortable and easily accessible. We would stay there again and recommend to others.

It was great for our visit to DC. The metro station is 5 minutes away and is three stops from DC's main spots. It is also just one stop from the airport. It was spacious, and the zone was nice and calm. It wasn't easy to find a place with two rooms and two bathrooms, close to DC and at this price range.

It is a great location for us with a car as we park in the North Bergen park and ride for the day. The bus takes us right to the heart of New York City. Ferlinda was very helpful in all the communication and the place was clean, spacious, the kitchen was well equipped and we were glad we booked this place.

Michael is an excellent host, very friendly and responsive. His place is as good as it gets!

This was our second family trip to DC where we stayed at this location. Wayne was the perfect host both times. He supplied us with tons of info leading up to the trip, secured our parking pass, and was super flexible with our late night arrival. He had food/drinks/snacks to start our week off, a clean and inviting space, and helpful signage posted in the apartment. He was helpful when we had to have a forgotten item mailed to us and continued to offer suggestions and help during our stay. The metro and bus stations are so close that all of DC is easily accessible. We even made a quick trip to Annapolis easily from this location. When we were looking to come back to DC, it was the fact that Wayne’s place was available that sealed the deal. He is an amazing host!

Spacious one bedroom apartment in the lower part of a house, steps DOWN from the street - a basement flat. Outstanding location in the Capitol Hill neighborhood, beautiful tree-lined streets (lots of blossoms still in April!). We could walk to local coffee shops, a Trader Joe's. Newly remodeled, modern furnishings, new appliances including a washer dryer, and a small dishwasher (which we didn't use). Serenely decorated in shades of grey, white - luxury bed linens on a good firm mattress. My daughter slept in the bedroom and I parked myself on the ample sofa with a blanket and pillow. The flat is not furnished for more than one couple (no sleeper sofa), but the sofa was very comfortable. The kitchen is fully equipped, but we didn't eat in as we couldn't figure out the electric stovetop , not sure if working. Anyway, time was short and there were several restaurants close enough where we could grab a bite. Very pleasant, well priced, would stay here again. Thanks so much!

Todd was outstanding, very responsive to questions and always willing to help through the process. This was our first Airbnb and he made it easy. I’ve stayed in a lot of places in Ocean City and this was definitely the cleanest place especially recently when it’s hard to find good service. Price is very reasonable Most of the places around on the street are rented to the families it seemed so it was calm and some of the neighbors that stay there for the summer really nice

Our stay was to attend the Oceans Calling festival and the location could not have been better!! The condo was clean and comfortable and communication about what would and would not be included was great! It allowed us to be completely prepared and have a fantastic weekend! 10++++ stars!!!

Great place to stay! Loved that the beach was a quick walk over the dunes. The neighbor was nice and there’s a bunch of places within walking distance of the apartment. Everything was very clean also!

The condo was clean with a well equipped kitchen and all linens were provided. The unit is on the third floor and there is no elevator access, this was not an issue for us but something to be aware of. The enclosed porch windows allow for outside fresh air or an extension of the inside air conditioning. We had a minor maintenance issue and Vacasa was quick to respond and resolve the issue. The bay view shown in the pictures is not from the balcony of the unit but the bay is just a short walk across the parking lot. I would stay in this unit again!

We somehow managed to book this unit somewhat last minute and could not have been more pleased with the location and experience we all had. Was perfect for us and our needs. The only thing I wish it did the was more updated and functional kitchen items. Like can opener that works and cooking utensils/pans/baking sheets that were useable since we make breakfast and lunch in the room each day. I will be taking my own next time to ensure I have what I need to cook meals. Were they useable? Possibly. But not as nice as I expected given how nice the rest of the unit is.

Un lugar muy hermoso y especial para una familia, espacioso , limpio y con una vista excelente para los que les gusta un poco de tranquilidad, las habitaciones están excelentes, muy espacioso , fuimos 7 y hay espacio como para 12 personas más o menos , y un lugar muy interesante con restaurantes cerca y con una mesa de juego , y por parte de vladimir muy atento a responder cualquier duda que tuviéramos estuvo excelente

Great location and great place to stay. Very clean and comfortable on the inside. I would recommend staying at this place to my friends and family. Wish my friends and I could’ve stayed longer. Only downside was 1 parking spot and the lot was a little tight. Plenty of street parking, however.

Our family of 5 (kids ages 8, 5 and 2) traveled end of July. The condo had a beautiful beach view and huge deck. It was a short walk to the beach and the pool on sight was very nice (especially for our 2 year old who was not a huge fan of the sand!) The condo was very spacious, kitchen had all the essentials and was clean upon arrival. There was a grocery store less than half a mile, a liquor store, gym and restaurants in the plaza across the street and many other restaurants within walking distance or a short drive. We had a great trip and would recommend this place!

My family stayed with Vacasa for the first time this year for our annual vacation and were very pleased with the place. Was very clean, comfortable, and home like. Huge comfortable couch could easily sleep 2-3 people/kids. Kitchen & washer/dryer were easy to use and clean as well. The shower with the Bluetooth speaker and lights was a hit as well. Pool area was nice and not overly crowded by any means too. Above all we enjoyed the view of the boats going in and out of the docks. VERY nice stay. Highly recommend

I had an incredible experience at this oceanfront 2-bedroom rental! The hosts were exceptionally accommodating, and I can't recommend this location enough. The space was fantastic, equipped with everything we could possibly need as if we were at home. I have no complaints whatsoever! Anyone who chooses to stay here will be thoroughly pleased.
