Centrally located to all attractions, yet just far enough removed to offer the best of country life. The Grace and Favor Suite offers a large one bedroom (queen size bed) with seating area and private bath on the ground level. We make every effort to offer the best in hospitality while allowing our guests the most amount of privacy. Mini fridge, Keurig coffee maker, fresh fruit, cream, yogurt and fresh bake good are found in your room at checkin. Friendly sheep will greet you on arrival.

This stylish and unique place sets the stage for a memorable trip. We purchased The Terry House, in January of 2023 and have been renovating the home for the last two years. This room is on the 2nd floor inspired by Jackie Kennedy featuring antique and historic art work. This private room is spacious, with a queen bed as well as private baths and a mini fridge in the room. There is a common area space called the parlor room on the first floor with a Keurig and microwave for you to use.

Grand Two Bedroom King + Queen W/ Terrace

This expansive suite features an upscale and open living, dining area with a powder room and full kitchen which separates king and queen bedrooms and their private, spa-like bathrooms featuring rain showers and Aesop bath amenities. Complete with a large private terrace capturing bohemian Fishtown views, this is the Archway's most luxurious suite. Parking available onsite for additional fee. Pets welcome ($100 per pet) Twin sized cot available upon request ($25 per night).

Coop 4 at The Rest Catskills is a deluxe room that is beautifully appointed with a pillow hammock, seating area, HDTV, a desk/bar, and a queen bed with organic cotton bedding you won’t want to rise from! The Terry House, a Federal Townhouse circa 1860, is located in historic New Castle, Delaware. This room is on the 2nd floor, featuring a historical nautical theme in one room and historical classic cars in the other room. This suite features, a queen and a full beds as well as private baths and a mini fridge in each room. There is a common area space called the parlor room on the first floor to work, hangout, or play games. ** Not serving breakfast at the moment.

Nest Hudson Boutique Hotel - Two Bedrooms

This is a 2 bedroom suite. Stay in a beautiful, modern and stylish private suite at Nest Hudson, a newly renovated boutique situated in a charming 100-year-old home.
