Deir al Balah : locations de vacances

The apartment is as convenient as it gets: in a new a luxurious complex, comfortable bed, beautiful bathrooms and showers, washer + dryer, a beautiful balcony, and parking, a rare commodity in Jaffa. The location is fantastic, close to beaches, restaurants, and everything I was interested in Jaffa. Communication with Itai was outstanding, from his videos explaining everything about the apartment and checkin, to his fast reply to email. We had 3 wonderful days in the apartment. Not cheap, but worth the money.

Lovely apartment, full of light, not new but quite charming, very well equipped with appliances, excellent A/C, spacious and relative to its central location, very quiet. The location could not be better, steps from Dizengoff square and 10 min walk from the beach.

Fantastic flat right behind the market. Cyril was a great host with quick, helpful communication & assistance. Can’t recommend enough.

Hanna & David's place could not have been more perfect for our family of 5 on our recent visit to Israel to see our family. They were highly responsive and had everything ready for us upon arrival, from milk in the fridge so we could make coffee first thing the next morning to games for the kids and a crib for our toddler. The kitchen had all of the tools and utensils needed to prepare breakfast each morning (and far more than that if you really feel like cooking on vacation), and the bathroom is also well-stocked. Our kids were comfortable on the pull-out couch and crib, and my husband and I slept well in the private bedroom. We unfortunately did not get to test out the pool because the weather was not that great during our stay, but it looks great for families! Other highlights are the garden, the dedicated parking spot right at the entrance to the property, and the proximity (2 min. walk) to a grocery store. We go to Israel every year and will definitely be back next time!

Me gusta mucho Neve Tzedek, el barrio en el que se encuentra el apartamento de Israel. Es un barrio tranquilo, que contrasta con otros sitios de Tel Aviv. Casas y apartamentos con historia y reciclados entre callecitas estrechas de adoquines, restaurantes y tiendas con estilo. El apartamento es ideal para pasar unas vacaciones en familia. Lo recomiendo!

We had a wonderful two-month stay in this apartment! Haya, the host, was incredibly professional, kind, and responsive, making everything smooth and easy. Her brother, Itzik, who welcomed us, was extremely helpful, funny, and a pleasure to meet. The apartment is fully equipped with everything needed for a long stay, making it very comfortable. The location is also fantastic—right across from a park and a shopping center, which was super convenient. We highly recommend this place and would love to stay here again in the future!

הבית מקסים, מושקע ונקי מאוד, ניכר שהושקעה בו מחשבה רבה והוא אפילו יותר יפה מבתמונות. יש אחלה חצר, עם ג׳קוזי ומטבח חיצוני מעולה. רוניה הייתה תקשורתית, נחמדה ומזמינה. כמה הערות קלות- 1. הגלריה גבוהה מאוד (יותר ממה שאפשר להתרשם בתמונות) ולא מתאימה לילדים לדוגמה. 2. המיטה בחדר של הגלריה (בקומה התחתונה) היא מיטה מתקפלת לא נוחה במיוחד. 3. האזור קצת יבש, אין כמעט מה לעשות במרחק הליכה. חוץ מזה הייתה לנו שהות מאוד נעימה וכיפית, מומלץ בחום.

Muna and hear brother have been wonderful and attentive hosts. The communication was without flaws. Her brother welcomed me and explained me everything, even so I arrived late in the evening. The Appartement ist very cute, with a beautiful terrace with a very comfy Swing-Couch and a good view, and everything I could need during my stay. It lays in a calm and safe neighbourhood near university and only 10 min walk to shops. Just the traffic might be a bit loud (but this is in whole Amman). The bus downtown is a 15 min walk. So everything is in reach. For me, it was the perfect Appartement to study Arabic for two weeks and I would come back any time! Thanks to Muna and her brother for their hospitality!
