A beautiful, meandering river runs through the property (18" trout have been caught here!). It's a newly built house, very modern with amenities. Private but close to some daytime road noise. Near lakes (Bear, Eloika), ski resorts, U pick farms (Green Bluff), hunting & much more to explore. In floor heating for cold nights!

Located 20-25 minutes north of Spokane city limits, the Little Red Barn on Big Meadows is nestled in the foothills of Mt. Spokane. Enjoy Greenbluff in the summer & fall and Mt. Spokane skiing in the winter. The Little Spokane River is nearby, as well as many gorgeous lakes. The Barn overlooks the beautiful Big Meadows and faces breathtaking sunsets. We are popular for romantic getaways, special celebrations, family trips, and those seeking to escape the busyness of life and savor the quiet.

This 3 bedroom 1 bath beautiful Barndo is the get away you need. Got a big family event or wedding to prep food for? Use the large open kitchen with 3 ovens to prep the food. Or host the family gathering around the large table then finish the night off with a foosball tournament. Close to Loon, Deer, Eloika, Horseshoe, Sacheen, Pend Orielle, and Priest Lakes. Close to Mt. Our 3.9 acres are quiet and peaceful and the unit is light, cozy and cheerful. Our place is great for couples, solo adventurers, and business travelers.

The owners enjoy hosting weddings at their property in the summer months and want to extend their love for hosting year round by offering this 1 bedroom apartment to guests in their off season. Just three minutes to amenities, restaurants, Hwy 395 and only 30 minutes to 49 Degrees ski resort! Smell the fresh air and feel the solitude today, tomorrow and for Evermore!

Our home is in a quiet residential neighborhood 20 minutes north of Spokane. It's one mile from Whitworth University or you can walk just up the hill. Mt. Spokane is 45 min. away for winter and summer recreation. The Wandermere theater is close along with coffee shops and many restaurants. The space is a whole basement suite with a private entrance and parking. From now until Fall there is a great farmer's market within walking distance every Tuesday from 3:00 to 7:00.
