Attached to the back of our home, this separate entrance, mother-in-law suite in West Nashville offers a 700 square foot space that includes one bedroom with a queen memory foam mattress, living room, large bathroom with double sinks, rain shower, kitchenette, table for two, dedicated work space, and high speed wifi. Old Hickory Lake is less than a minute from this location which has a free public boat launch and park that is a perfect place for picnics and to enjoy water sports, wildlife and nature. Downtown Nashville is less than 25 minutes away so you can enjoy the scenic lakeside activities during the day & then head downtown and enjoy all the sights and sounds that music city has to offer!

Quiet residential neighborhood close to East Nashville restaurants/retail. My grandparents bought this home new in 1954 and it’s been my home since 2010. Many original features remain, others have been updated (stainless appliances including dishwasher, for example). Large living/dining room, full kitchen, 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom. Driveway for up to 4 cars. Guests have private access to full main floor of home (I travel often and will not be on site during your stay). Valid STR Permit.

Clean, comfy and easy to fall asleep. the suite features a huge full bathroom, 2 sinks and the biggest walk-in shower you've ever seen. Your parking spot is right in front of your keyless-entry door.

Please note this space is a part of a larger home, however it has its own entrance, parking spot, yard, and is cut off from the rest of the house. The Buchanan Suite is located in a transitioning, urban neighborhood and is not the most walking friendly yet, but is changing daily.
