If you want to stay at a five star hotel and eat breakfast by a Michelin like Chef, this is the place. It exceeded our expectations, was very comfortable, beautiful, and included lovely interesting and accommodating hosts.

We always stay with Gill when we’re over in Bedford visiting our family. Her place is convenient, homely and ideal for us, and is great value for money. Gill is so lovely and welcoming, and she even brought down books and toys for our daughter, and left an Easter egg and bunny for her on the Sunday. We will definitely stay here again next time we’re in town, thanks Gill!

What a great place to stay much much better the pictures. The bathroom was unreal. Would definitely recommend staying here. Supper clean. Has everything you need.

Excellent location -safe neighbourhood within easy walking distance of the train station and town centre and lovely local park. Off street parking, accommodation facilities as listed, comfy double bed. Great value for money.

lovely compact one room annex, with separate kitchen and bathroom. Quiet location in beautiful small village. Walked to The Rollright Stones from the house, and enjoyed the other local dog walking opportunities.

Odette was a friendly and responsive host. The accommodation was spotlessly clean, warm and comfortable. It’s an annex slightly tucked away in a residential area. We booked it for a family party in Bletchley which was 15 minutes drive away. We enjoyed walking and cycling the paths on the canal as a bonus and would return to explore more. Thank you Odette for a lovely stay!

Really lovely spacious annexe, at the bottom of an attractive garden. Very responsive and friendly host. Extremely clean and beautifully furnished, excellent value. Having secure off-road parking in Stamford is such a plus! The property was very quiet and comfortable, Lindsay-Jane has thought of everything! Ideally located either for exploring Stamford or Burghley House. We definitely plan to stay again

They say good things come in small packages - and this is definitely the case with the Dairy! Perfect location just outside Dunchurch village, this small but perfectly formed annex was just what we needed while visiting family in the area. Although there is no kitchen the annex has everything needed to organize a light meal. Old world features with some modern touches, great shower, very comfortable (firm) bed, heated towel rail, efficient central heating and a range of tv selections. The garden of the house is beautiful and as there had been a spell of perfect weather when we visited the blossom was lovely and we loved the carpet of petals on the grass! Carina - our host - met us on arrival and the day we left, was helpful, friendly and welcoming, even providing a slice of birthday cake one evening! Highly recommended place to stay! A really lovely annexe which made a great base for a weekend exploring the Cotswolds with everything in good reach with a car. Very dog friendly and felt like home. We have re booked the annexe for the F1 weekend :) thank you for a lovely stay x

We had a wonderful stay at Anita’s place. It was exactly as described and looked from the photos, comfortable, warm and relaxing. We were in the area for a 40th birthday nearby so it was a real find and so nice to come back to after our event. It was well stocked with items for breakfast/tea & coffee too which was a lovely touch. Would highly recommend!

A lovely stay in a clean, bright & private annexe. Great location for Milton Keynes Equestrian Centre, only a few minutes away from here and also almost opposite the village shop to grab supplies after a busy day

Perfect little annexe. Ruth and her husband were so communicative and helpful. Nothing was too much trouble. We loved our stay, and would thoroughly recommend it.

Very brief stay for a wedding at the local venue. The hosts kindly let us arrive early, change and check in so that we could make the wedding. The room was spotless and we greatly appreciated the breakfast in the morning. Very walkable to Dodmore House too, where the venue was.

This is the second time I have visited. It's a perfect stop over for me, on my way from the south of England, up to the peak district. It's warm and comfortable, and my dog and I feel very welcome and happy here. Amazing bathroom, really great bed. and it feels quiet and private. I am a returning guest and each time I enjoy the comfort of the well appointed premises, the quiet and pleasant neighbourhood, the central location and, most of all, the care and the kindness of Daphne and Dave.

Penny was so kind and helpful from start to finish. The apartment is not that easy to find as you're driving along as it's quite a busy road - I pulled down a side road and walked back to locate it, then moved my car. A car parking space is available to pre-book. There were very clear instructions on how to access the property. I struggled a bit with the key safe but that's because I'm a numpty, and Penny answered my plea for help promptly. The apartment was extremely clean and comfortable and matched the description perfectly. All essential items provided in a well thought-out compact space. My only niggle was the connecting door to adjacent space made me feel a bit unsafe - maybe some reassuring/explanatory signage might help? Otherwise a great place to stay only 10-15 mins walk from centre of Rugby.

Peaceful and private garden space which is just down the road where I’m working. Allowed me to come and go at unsociable hours but also to get some fresh air and lovely country walks when I wasn’t working. I’ll be back to stay.
