Off road parking. There is a futon in the room, use of which would make the room cosy!

We have a large quiet comfortable home to share with you. A bright and airy double room, with its own private bathroom. Comfy lounge or conservatory can be used. We provide a light breakfast. We are 10 minutes from the M6 junction 3, 5 minutes from Nuneaton station by car/taxi. George Eliot Hospital (5 mins walk). We have two rooms on AirBNB if extra room required.

The house is listed and the village is a conservation area just within the Cotswolds Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. The village is stone built with a lovely pub. Great walks over the Dassett Hills. Nearby towns are Banbury, Warwick, Leamington Spa, and Stratford upon Avon. Jaguar Landrover, Gaydon and Aston Martin are 4 miles away. Parking available off the road.

Cobblers is located in an historic part of the village, within walking distance of shops and recreation facilities.

Having been a stable block over 100 years ago all rooms are now fully refurbished and self-contained with their own front doors & En Suite, set in a peaceful, private courtyard. All are finished and furnished to a high standard with period features. Secure Parking behind electric gates inside Hunt House grounds. Breakfast snacks, Tea's, coffees's, herbal drinks, water & high speed WiFi are all provided in each room free of charge. Each room has its own fridge too.

We have chickens and bee hives, which don’t bother us but means we can offer eggs and honey for breakfast with fresh coffee and toast. We are within reach of Sywell reservoir, Northampton, Althorp, Salcey forest and Silverstone. We have 2 cats which stay out of the way of strangers.
