I’d say it’s worth the stay if you’re able to. Only downside I would say is the wifi (I know they don’t have control over it) but over all really good experience no complaints. Easy to grab a cab and Landry service down stairs is perfect.

My girlfriend and I really enjoy Maria's place. My gf loved the balcony so much she spent most of the time out there. hehe. We ate all our meals there. As for the rest of the place, it was very roomy, spacious, the kitchen was very nice, air con in the bedroom works really well.

I had a truly wonderful stay at this Airbnb. The space is incredibly cozy and thoughtfully arranged, making it easy to relax and feel at home. Kaye is very responsive and helpful in her messages. The unit is adjacent to the street so local transportation is readily available. There were 2 very short water outages but nothing serious. Room is spacious and a/c works well. Enjoyed our stay...thanks.

とても素敵なお部屋でした。 家族皆大満足です！Analisaさん、お姉さんがとても親切です。宿泊最終日が計画停電があり、使用できるコンセントの場所を伝えて下さる為にチェックイン前からお姉さんは待機して下さいました。近くにはレストランも沢山あり、hayahayへ行きましたが料理は美味しく、スタッフの方もとても親切でした。山、海の景色が窓から見ることができ、夜は綺麗な星を見ることができました。 Analisaさん、お姉さん、とてもいい時間を過ごす事が出来たことに感謝してます。また泊まりたいです！

The place was amazing, it is very convenient for commuters because you can just get off the bus and walk to the beach house. Very clean and Janeth is very accommodating.

We had a fantastic 2-night stay! The place was spotless, cozy, and had all the essentials for a relaxing getaway. The host was warm, welcoming, and quick to respond to any questions. Definitely a stay we’d recommend to others and would love to come back again!

Had a great stay here! I got a little sick and could extend one night fortunately. Sharon is an amazing host and human being 💖 she makes you feel at home, as she is very good at that. Bed was super super comfy and AC worked hella good. 10/10 would stay here again!

Sharon is very helpful and accommodating in our needs. She made sure everything was in place during our stay. Her place is suited near famous spots in Dumaguete but quiet and peaceful for someone who wants to relax after a tiring day around the city. Highly recommended.

We had an amazing stay at Nica and Amir's underground space! The underground layout adds a unique charm to the AirBnb. The dedicated workspace was a huge bonus and made working from home comfortable and productive. The Wi-Fi was reliable, which is always a must for remote work. Plus, the entertainment options were great – the Smart TV had everything we needed to relax after a long day, with all the streaming services at our fingertips. I loved the peaceful atmosphere, and the location is convenient, with easy access to nearby attractions. Nica and Amir were responsive and always available for any questions, which made the whole experience even better.
