Nearby grab a coffee, a meal, take your furry friend for a run on the dog friendly beaches (plural). Just relax this holiday you deserve it.

Boutique Bondi Beach Studio

Enjoy this stylish and centrally located studio located just a short stroll to Bondi Beach. You will be on the sand in five minutes enjoying the sun and surf. Cafes and restaurants are also nearby as well as convenient transport options to Bondi Junction or the city just two mins away. The self checkin studio is completely private. It is close, but detached from the house. It consists of a bedroom with queen bed, bathroom/shower/toilet and washing machine, kitchenette and relaxing outdoor space.

Spa Serenity Cottage with Private Pool & Spa

This is a designer-furnished Granny Flat located at the back of our property, with its own private entrance and complete privacy. The pool, spa, and backyard are exclusively yours — no one else shares these spaces. Just so you’re aware, my wife and I live in the main house at the front. While you may occasionally hear us, we’re very quiet and respectful of your space. Your retreat is fully private, we absolutely respect that. Studio Lu is a unique and cozy space and is 800m from Nelson Bay cbd, restaurants,the marina,cafes and clubs.Shoal Bay is less than a 10 min drive. You will have private access to your accomodation and 1 undercover parking space. You have a HD TV with Netflix and a Sony blue-tooth speaker for your use. The adjoining room has a comfy 3 seater lounge,table and chairs.Lovely large deck off bedroom. For my guests I offer loose leaf tea,herbal teas and a coffee plunger for some delicious coffee!

Hunter Hideaway Farm Studio for 2 with hot tub.

We have created a fabulous private studio retreat on our 150 acre farm for 2 people wanting that private secluded getaway, bubbas stay free, byo baby needs. also a tiny house trained doggo would be welcomed. You can’t leave the dog alone at any time if you go out it must go with you. It is a magical space with a hot tub just outside the door for your personal use watching the sunset with a bottle of bubbles that we supply you may see a Kangaroo or two or even a wombat. We don’t have WiFi.

The Granny Flat

The Granny Flat has all the comforts of home including separate bathroom and toilet, kitchen with plates, cups, cutlery etc, a fridge, electric frypan, toaster, coffee machine and kettle. Sit back on the comfy leather lounge and enjoy watching Foxtel on the large screen television. We have a lovely swimming pool which you are welcome to use. It is always pleasant sitting outside the Granny Flat enjoying your early morning cuppa listening to the birds.

Olive Lane

Olive Lane is within walking distance to restaurants, cellar doors and a day spa. Enjoy the breathtaking scenery over the vineyards, olive groves and Brokenback Range. Wake up with the view of hot air balloons, kangaroos and bird life, and in the evening enjoy captivating sunsets while sipping a glass of Hunter Valley wine.
