This condo was so great! Walkable to the downtown area and beach, really cute pool area with grills and plenty of seating options. We loved sitting on the lounge chairs & watching the boats go by in the canal. Beach chairs were provided and there were towels to use by the pool. Some very minor cosmetic imperfections that could easily be fixed (stain on couch pillow/ patch on the wall), but didn't impact how happy we were with the stay at all. Would stay again anytime! Bright large rooms and balcony with lovely views of pool and ocean. Well stocked kitchen and baths. 2 beach chairs and umbrella each day on beach provided; additional chairs in unit. Access to 2 pools. Short Circuit ride or lovely walk to Broadwalk with many meal choices. Bike rental available. Free live music at the Hollywood Bandshell W-F as well as other small venues. Really fun vibe!

El departamento es totalmente nuevo, estaba muy limpio, tiene todo lo que necesitas en la cocina, las camas y las sabanas estaban muy limpias y cómodas. La ubicación es excelente. Tienes la playa a literalmente diez minutos caminando y esta a dos cuadras de un centro gastronómico muy bueno. Tiene una vista hermosa al canal y el vecindario es muy lindo y tranquilo. Fue una muy buena decision elegir este Airbnb, precio calidad inmejorable. Volveremos pronto!

Minha experiência no apartamento da Yana foi excelente! Estava viajando com meu bebê e ela foi extremamente atenciosa — providenciou banheira, cadeira e berço, o que fez toda a diferença na nossa estadia. O apartamento é exatamente como nas fotos: limpo, organizado e muito aconchegante. Yana foi sempre gentil, respondeu rápido e se preocupou com cada detalhe para nos receber bem. Me senti em casa e com certeza voltaria. Super recomendo! Voltaremos mais vezes!

We loving staying at Maria Andrea's place - it's was beautiful, pristine, and walkable to the beach!

We had a wonderful stay. The location was perfect, peaceful, convenient, and with a beautiful waterfront view that made our mornings and evenings extra special. The home was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. The host was fantastic, easy to communicate with and very welcoming. We’d definitely stay here again and highly recommend it!

Nikki and her crew were hands down a pleasure to work with. Friendly, informative and prompt! The property was exactly as shown and pristine upon arrival. The home is close to everything , yet incredibly private. Previous reviews were spot on. The only downside was leaving. Thank you so much to Nikki and Mason for being so gracious.

We had an amazing stay at Maya’s place! She was incredibly responsive and even allowed us to check in early. The home was beautiful, just like the photos, but even better. Spacious, clean, and the backyard was serene and perfect for relaxing. We came for my sister’s bachelorette party, and the space was perfect for our group. It honestly felt like a hotel - beds were made with everything we needed, plenty of towels (including beach/pool towels), and toiletries were provided. The extra touches were so thoughtful. We loved having access to kayaking and paddleboarding - it made the trip even more special. Maya and her team went above and beyond, and we can’t wait to come back!

This home was the perfect place for our trip. Plenty of space in house and yard to relax and hang out with family. Pool was clean and nice and cool during the hot days. Rob was responsive and more than helpful when I messaged him about anything. We would definitely stay here again.

Great area surrounding and fantastic location.

We had a great stay at this home. The pool was the hot spot for my kiddos to play in. I loved the view of the canal right from our window. The beach was about a 10 minute walk as well.

This place was perfect for my family to relax for a few days over school break. I highly recommend it and would definitely come back!

Spencer’s place was incredible for our girls weekend! The space was perfect and the amenities were above and beyond expectations. He and his team communicated with us for every question we asked and were able to provide an early check in. The beds were comfortable, the appliances were updated and everything was well taken care of. The only issue we had was tiny noseeum bugs in the kitchen. We remedied this by keeping everything in the fridge and cabinets. The pool was a dream and the hot tub too. Could not have asked for better. Will be staying at this home again! Thank you Spencer and team!

Patrick personally greeted us upon arrival and guided us through each step of the check-in process. The apartment was delightful, snug, with a wonderful view of the marina, and most importantly, it was incredibly peaceful. I wholeheartedly recommend it!

We had an incredible experience staying at the W Residences in Fort Lauderdale. The space was exactly as described — modern, stylish, and impeccably clean. The views were stunning, and the location was perfect for beach access, dining, and nightlife. The host was responsive and made check-in effortless. The amenities felt truly high-end — just like staying at a luxury hotel, but with the added comfort and privacy of a home. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again. Highly recommended!

I stayed here during my business trip and it was simply an amazing apartment with all the necessary amenities, nearby restaurants and convenience store, and the marina view was spectacular. The host was also very responsive. I will definitely stay here again if I have an event or business meeting in the Miami area. This place exceeded my expectations.

Being a host ourself we can see both standpoints. Chad, is top 3, the best host and home we have stayed in. I spend my birthday here, rented it hours prior to arriving. We had a major switch of plans last minute and Chad was extremely accommodating. Not only did he respond 30 seconds after we messaged, his home was beautiful. When I first got to the place I didn’t think it was going to turn out to be as beautiful as his home was. It is a block away from the beach, he had two beach chairs, beach towels, washcloths, extra blankets, sheets, etc. We didn’t need it but had a vacuum and washer dryer. The views were incredible, relaxing. The parking situation was great, right in front of the home. I went with my one year old son and it was perfect for him. He had anything you could possibly have thought of, he was responsive, communicated how we were doing. I will most definitely be back, wish we could have stayed much longer. Thank you for opening your beautiful home to us Chad.

The apartment is exactly as described. This is a tremendous place to relax, recover and enjoy the sunny isles of Florida. Fernando and team were incredibly gracious and responsive. Would definitely stay there again (hopefully very soon)

Nav and his team were great. The place was great - a high end weekend getaway. No complaints and highly recommend if you’re looking for a place to stay! The building was very luxe. Bed was comfy and clean. My wife was very happy and felt she was treated well for her 30th birthday!!

Fabulous and seamless stay! Everything was as described and beautiful! Views were wonderful, space very adequate for our family. Communication with host was very friendly and so responsive that it made our stay that much more enjoyable! Highly recommend!

Johns place is beautiful. Close to the Miami observation wheel and outside mall. Close to many different restaurants. There is a washer and dryer in the unit. A balcony to take some beautiful pictures. Gorgeous pool and jacuzzi in the building. I would stay here again. 10/10 I recommend to everyone.
