Wonderful place very close to MSN airport. Clear instructions are given for entering the room. Really enjoy staying in this warm clean cozy place！This spacious room is a perfect place for relaxing！ I think this is the best Airbnb I've ever found around Madison. the mattress is not bad, kinda reduced my back pain :D Also the huge table gives me space to do some work. Very welcome hosters, I really appreciate their help. I would definitely recommend this place to all my friends visiting Madison！

Place was comfortable and convenient for our needs. Host was friendly and responsive, easy to communicate with but gave us our space. I will say that it's not as private or as pristine as some options -- some noise definitely travels through the doorway from the upstairs (owners') area to the basement (AirBnb) area and the place had a distinct musty basement smell. But again, it was clean and comfortable and we appreciated the ample towels, blankets and coffee.

Everything was beautiful and so comfortable! Cozy linens, fluffy towels, comfortable furniture, and everything just as pictured. It was a peaceful neighborhood and great to have a beautiful patio area to relax in when the weather was good. Check in and check out were very easy, and I really enjoyed my stay!

Loved the sound of the dogs playing upstairs, lots of happy feet tapping around put a smile on my face. It's a nice quiet neighborhood where kids shoot baskets, and people walk dogs. The studio is really nice and simply decorated, just enough to feel teh personality, and easy to keep tidy.

If you are visiting the Madison area and are looking for a quiet and private location, this is it. We were in town visiting family who live in McFarland, it was only about 12-15 minutes away, no traffic. The guest suite was spacious and all the amenities we needed. The bed was super comfy, shower was plenty hot. Katie left us fresh eggs from her hens, they were delicious. If I could give 10 stars I would. Katie was friendly and was very communicative to us. We loved Missy her dog, very sweet. We will return to Madison and when we do we know where we are staying. Don’t hesitate on this one, it’s a gem.

Very pleasant stay. Responsive and nice, easy to get into the place, very responsive. the place looks exactly like the pictures; two beds, a very big bathroom, and a little microwave/coffee/tea area downstairs. It felt very welcoming.

This was the most charming Airbnb ever! Such a beautiful home with a crazy view out the beautiful bay window. Very clean and decorated perfectly. Host was responsive and accommodated my early check in! Would 100% recommend to anyone and I will return for a longer stay next time!

I stayed here during a work conference. The space is private, though connected to the main residence. The space is the basement of the home. There is a full bath and full kitchen, and a very comfortable king bed. It was very quiet and peaceful. The host was very friendly and communicative and helpful. The residence is close to a grocery store and several restaurants and close access to Beltline Highway. I would stay again!
