Great place. I would definitely recommend, it fit a large group very easily.

Jim was a A++ host, went above and beyond to make our stay welcoming and enjoyable. Was very helpful, offered us his new pellet grill to use for our family gathering, and was always very quick to respond to messages. If you're considering his place book it now, you can't do any better!

Great place to stay. Clean and cozy with a great view and beautiful birds. Fishing off the pier out back was as good as advertised with pickerel, pike, and bass biting fairly regularly. Kayaks were also a huge plus

My family and I loved this lake home. Everything was just as pictured, and the home is very clean and spacious. There were 8 of us who stayed and there was plenty of room for everyone! We took advantage of the games and shuffleboard table upstairs. This location is a great getaway for a family to spend quality time together. Thank you Holly and Mike!

This was a great place for a relaxing family vacation. My nephew was entranced with the attic bedroom and I really appreciated the work station that let me connect my laptop to a screen to check in on work. The house had all the amenities we needed, and it was easy to use our streaming accounts to watch movies. Most of all, the view of the lake from almost every room is just breathtaking.

Was in town for the wedding of a graduate school buddy, and Aleen's BNB was a perfect spot from which to relive the old days and good times. Extremely cozy, with beautiful views of Lake Mendota and easy access to nearby favorites including The Bou. Highly recommend.

Kelly's home was really wonderful. Her thoughtful design touches made you feel transported to a different time. Especially for my dad who grew up in the 50s, he was loving it all. Beyond the design, the home was great - super clean and had everything you needed to cook a meal. It was a great space for my group of 3 adults and 2 kids. The beds and pillows were really comfy! The location was great too in a beautiful neighborhood on Lake Monona, about a 15 minute drive to downtown Madison. Absolutely recommend to friends and family!

We had a wonderfully relaxing stay in this cozy, historic house. The place was exceptionally clean and thoughtfully stocked with snacks. The neighborhood was quiet, safe, and full of amenities within walking distance, making it a pleasure to explore. From the communication leading up to our stay to the smooth checkout process, everything about this experience was fantastic. I give it my highest recommendation!

Alexander's flat in Madison was perfect for our stay. Right downtown, a stone's throw from the capital, and about a mile from the heart of the UW campus, this home was fantastic with a beautiful view of Lake Mendota. The best part of the experience was how easy it was to work with Alexander. He was very responsive to every question, he was proactive about giving us information needed for an easy and comfortable stay, and he was extremely thorough in the information needed about checking in and out of the apartment. All in, this was a great experience and I would absolutely stay here again. Thanks Alexander. - Joe S

Debbie was very proactive in communication and instructions were always clear. The place was easy to find, clean, and homey. Had a nice stay and would consider again for a trip to Madison.

Alex was incredibly flexible with our group’s varied check-ins and check-outs. Other members of my group met him and his partner and expressed that they were both very friendly and welcoming! It is an older building so the floors squeak a bit, but I have no complaints. We enjoyed Madison and this place was perfect for our stay. The sunroom overlooking the lake was unbelievable!

Great peaceful location to serve as a hub between trips to Madison and Janesville. Plenty of nearby supper clubs and a fun local watering hole. House was exactly as described, super cozy and very clean. Hosts were very communicative!

Great location on Lake Mendota in a quiet neighborhood. Comfortable beds and nice deck for outdoor use. The decor and art around the house were unique and charming.

This was a really beautiful stay for our our group of ladies. Right on the lake and it was so lovely to be able to wake up and enjoy that view!

This place is a lovely little cottage on the lake - the pics and description make it sound small and cozy, but I found it to be quite comfortably sized. we really enjoyed our time on the lake, and were able to explore Madison and Stoughton easily from the location. Brian was a wonderful communicator and super responsive to any issues. I would highly recommend this place, and would definitely stay here again!
