Country living only 20 minutes from downtown. Quiet cul-de-sac & neighborhood. Beautiful 4 bedroom 2 bath home with large yard, deck, garden & chickens. One of the bedrooms w/ full bed in the downstairs area. Enjoy farm fresh eggs and coffee/tea on our large rustic dining table (coffee & eggs provided). This is our primary residence. Front steps do not have a hand rail (can take grass up to door to avoid steps). Dog friendly for well trained dogs. Hot tub added this winter! Families preferred.

Fantastic 2 bedroom waterfront home on a dead end street, with beautiful views of the Yahara River, yet only 25 minutes from downtown Madison. Serene, quiet, and teeming with cranes, eagles, osprey, beaver, deer, turkey and turtles! Spend a day floating in a kayak or fish off our pier, as the river has almost no motorized boat traffic, averages 2-5 feet deep, and has a very slow current. You will love to sit out on our brick patio with firepit and watch the water as the sun goes down.

Great location in Monona! Walking distance (1-3 blocks) to 3 play grounds, library and outdoor community pool. Private home with large driveway, private big backyard/deck, 3 bedrooms and a double futon in basement rec room. Third bedroom is in basement. High table seats 4. Kitchen table seats 4-6. This is our primary residence. We have some things here all the time and clear spaces to make your stay comfortable. We love to travel and often open up our home to guests when we do.
