This small house is peacefully and centrally located near Stockholm C. The cottage is newly built with kitchen(dishwasher), living room, bedroom, bathroom(washing machine). It takes a few min. to walk to the subway Mörby C. and it takes 15 min. by subway to Stockholm C, 10 min to University. The cottage is very child-friendly with a playground and no car traffic. In the loft there are 2 beds (90x200, new, comfortable). If you are more than 2 adults, someone must sleep in the loft. Inconvenient?

Perfect for commuters, single travellers and couples looking for a central location in a beautiful setting with excellent communications. The apartment is a separate room with privat entrance, located in my flat, with free parking & wifi, close to shopping and Metro at Mörby C.

Charmante maison au nord de Stockholm avec piscine. Parfaite pour 1 à 3 familles. Trois étages, 5 chambres, 3 salles de bains, une grande cuisine et un salon. Tre badrum varav ett med bubbelbadkar och bastu. Utomhus: På den stora terrassen finns loungemöbler, matplats i inglasad pergola, utekök med grillar samt jacuzzi. I trädgården finns pool, solsängar, loungemöbler och studsmatta. Några cyklar finns att låna.

Att ta sig in till Stockholm city tar 6 minuter med pendeltåg.

Our guesthouse is totally independent from the main buildning with private parking and access to the garden. Surroundings with beautiful walking trails in the nature and only 5 min walk to public swimming in the sea either from cliffs with a ladder to the water or a small beach suitable for smaller children. Two bicycles available to rent during your visit.
