I had a truly wonderful experience during my stay! The place was incredibly clean, cozy, and beautifully maintained. It gave a very homely and peaceful vibe—just what I needed for a relaxing break. The host was warm, welcoming, and always ready to help with anything we needed. Every little detail was taken care of, and it felt like a home away from home. I would definitely love to come back and highly recommend this stay to anyone looking for comfort, cleanliness, and a pleasant atmosphere!

Great stay at Aimans place. Had all amenities as described. Room was nice and clean. Recommended for short family stays. Location easily accessible to Goregaon and Oberoi mall.

We had a wonderful stay at this apartment! The place was exactly as described—clean, cozy, and in a great location. What truly made the experience exceptional, though, was the host. They were incredibly responsive and went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable. It’s rare to find such a cooperative and thoughtful host. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a hassle-free, comfortable stay.

We were a family of 6 staying 2 nights at The Villa by the Sea to attend a wedding in Madh Island. This place suited our needs. There was plenty of space to sleep and keep our belongings. They also made arrangements for our driver to have access to a bathroom to freshen up during the two days he was with us. Shagun and Ronald were both very responsive to my inquiries and the staff at the place we're friendly and accomodating. The place is clean, breakfast of anda pav, aloo bhajji and poha was delicious and the lawn and pool were great ambience to relax in. The beach is also literally right across the road if you choose to take a walk during low tide.

This was a perfect stay ! The host Mazhar was so kind and welcoming, and the apartment felt like home. I really appreciated the little touches that made a big difference. Would love to return sometime ! 💕

I liked the place! It had all the things that I wanted, the location is a bit remote but then again it had all the amenities and shops and restaurants one would need. Check in experience was great, the house was beautifully maintained. However I do feel that the ACs could have been better but then again it was a hot day so no complaints. Sinora was a wonderful hostess and she is super friendly and responsive. All in all it was a great place and I would definitely consider visiting the place again.

We have stayed there for few days and during the stay it felt like home away from home. The whole apartment was clean and spacious as per the description. The surrounding is very good with playground for kids. The apartment is well maintained and security is also very good. The host is very responsive and helpful. If we have to come to Thane again we will surely prefer this apartment.
