Great place for us, super easy to get to back and forth to the Rex Plex event center. Really enjoyed our stay and will be booking it again next year.

Places was great! Easy to find and get into, clean and matched the pictures! Close to shopping and dining in west Des Moines. Check in instructions were clear and easy to follow!

Timothy was incredible responsive and communicated very well. We got to town a little early and he accommodated us for an early check in. The space was absolutely perfect for my girlfriends and I to get ready and go to a wedding down the street at the World Food Prize building.

The pictures do not do justice to how nice this place is. The hosts instructions were very clear and they made sure we felt comfortable with reaching out if need be. Definitely worth the price

Had a lovely stay at Jeff's place! The condo was lovely, nicely decorated and comfortable. We felt welcome right away with a nice card from Jeff and some snacks. We had everything we needed at the condo including a comfortable bed and pull out sofa and a full kitchen. Light sleepers may want to bring a noise machine or ear plugs as the downtown bar crowd can be a little noisy on the weekends. We would love to stay here again the next time we're in Des Moines!

I booked Kyles place at 9:30 @ night, thats pretty last minute, didnt phase them, even when i had a hard time figuring out how to get the keys out of the lockbox, Kyle answered and got me right in, it was beautiful and peaceful, just what i was looking for, thank you Kyle :)

This unit was as described and very comfortable. The instructions on how to get into the building and then into the unit were excellent. So glad that the unit had a washer and dryer. The free assigned parking space in the parking garage was priceless! So safe and secure. Very quiet area and attached to the Des Moines Skywalk. Walkable to a large grocery store, restaurants and entertainment. Could not get the online "guide book" to open up. Could have contacted Josiah, but didn't really find a need for it. You might want to make sure you will have access to it before arriving. Highly recommend this unit and renting from Josiah.

10/10 stay overall for my husband and I and our 3 kiddos. So kid friendly, clean and comfortable. Such an easy process beginning to end. Thank you Liz!

Sam's place was perfect for our bigger group. I especially loved the quiet neighborhood, and the layout with the three bedrooms upstairs and two downstairs was perfectly accommodating. Sam and his co-host, Ida Grace, were great with communication throughout, and provided clear instructions for check in and check out. The house was very clean, and provided a nice place to unwind each night before turning into the private bedrooms each night. The kitchen had the basics that we needed, and the linens were clean and fresh. The living room was nice and relaxing, the TV was great for turning on some entertainment, and the couch was very comfortable. Overall, I would definitely recommend this place, as it perfectly matches the description and photos provided.

The house was easy to find and get into. Everything was very clean and surprisingly spacious! We enjoyed the hot tub and we were very happy with how clean, private and well-maintained it was. My kids enjoyed several games of pac man in the game room too! The location was fantastic. Easy to go downtown, good restaurants and coffee shops nearby. Plus it was very quiet, even though close to the highway. I would definitely recommend this listing to anyone visiting the area.

We were in town for our son's graduation. This was by far the best AirBnB that we have stayed in since inception! The house is gorgeous, please take care of it if you stay, great host are hard to find. Everything was clean, updated and perfect in every way. The beds were extremely comfortable, plenty of linens and towels. There were more than enough extras of everything, so if you forget to bring something, chances are it's provided. There was more than enough space for our group of 4 adults. We couldn't stop raving about the space, everything is as listed, Jennifer's communication is awesome and she was very accommodating with a couple of changes we needed to make. The only thing we could complain about is that we didn't find the space sooner, being this is our last weekend trip here. We definitely recommend and would definitely stay again!

This stay was everything. Felt just like walking into my own home. Very nice set up. Was there this p past weekend for a basketball tournament and all gyms were 20 or less from the home. Everything went well, no issues at all.

This was our third stay in Allan and Shelly’s rental! Just as every time before, it was wonderful! The home is great for larger groups and has a lot of living quarters space for people to spread out! It’s very clean and well kept! Allan and Shelly are very responsive and flexible to work with!

I really loved this Airbnb!! I can see why it’s so highly rated. It’s so homey and comfortable, great for groups! Bringing our pups was a huge plus. Most dog friendly Airbnb’s aren’t that great but Jen’s place was perfect and spotless. The neighborhood was very safe and a great place to walk the dogs! We would definitely stay again!
