We were a group of 11 and Jody was very helpful with our last min plans after another AirBnb cancelled on us last min. This is a yearly even that we do in Des Moines and look forward to booking from him in the future.

Beautiful and peaceful place to stay. Quiet neighborhood. The home had everything we needed, was clean and beautifully furnished. Our hosts made the check in process very easy and quick. I would highly recommend staying here.

Jody was very proactive when it came to communication. Some things came up at the property and he was on it immediately and let me know of the situation, (issues out of his control). Very kind and we really appreciated him meeting up with us, showing us through the house and addressing the situation he was dealing with. Overall, very good experience and a very nice property!

Amy was an amazing host, got back to me almost immediately, to answer a few questions.

Susan was great to rent the apartment from. She reached out right away with how to check in and responded promptly to messages.

My daughter and I visited the Pella Tulip festival and wanted to extend our trip so we came here to see/hike the high trestle bridge & visit the arboretum. Renee’s place was great for our visit! Easy to find & get in, the place was super cozy and comfortable! Private outdoor space with the balcony was nice. The bathroom was clean and functional. The kitchen has everything we needed - a stove/oven with plenty of cookware, fridge & microwave, coffee maker, plenty of dishes. Beds were comfortable with good blankets and pillows. The only negative I found was that the keys were a little difficult to lock/unlock door. I would recommend and return!

Three rooms- no door to separate basement space from upstairs but me and my kitties stayed in one room. Suzy was very nice and welcoming. Very much appreciated the stay.

This place was perfect for our weekend getaway. We loved the convenient location. The apartment met all expectations per description and photos. The hot tub was an added bonus. We really enjoyed this place and would love to stay again. Highly recommend to others.

It was a spacious ground level portion of a duplex that was perfect for our stay! Easy to find and great spot within the city, near Drake U and a row of restaurants. On a great street with large older homes that were well kept. Would definitely stay there again!

This place is super cool! Not what you’d expect being in the upper half of a garage. They were both very quick in context of responding. In addition, anything you could need or extra of something was there!

This was a wonderful place to stay! The outdoor area was beautiful, and the host was friendly, accommodating, and made a great effort to ensure that I had a great time. Would absolutely recommend this space for a peaceful stay.

Everything was as expected, Jeremy was very informative. Fast to answer any questions and very accommodating to our girls wrestling team. We would definitely rebook if he would have us again thank you.

It was a great place to stay for a wedding weekend. Wish we would have had more time to enjoy some hiking. Also appreciated the snacks and water and the hosts allowing dogs (the dogs were part of the wedding party so we needed them with us).

We loved the place. It is gorgeous, comfortable, cozy and clean. Owners are friendly, flexible and proactive. We definitely will come back.

Emily and Matt have a great spot! The trails in the conservancy are well maintained and you can even access direct from the property. The space is well-appointed and clean. Beautiful night sky.
