It was a wonderful stay. Clean, neat and safe place. WiFi with very good connectivity, secured lock facility, Kitchen accesories ( refrigerator, cutleries, induction stove) really stood out. Book lovers will truly enjoy the wonderful collection of books made available to the guests. A lovely balcony to sip a cup of tea and enjoy the lake view which is just opposite the house. Two restaurants nearby viz. Shri Shankar Bhavan and 24 Carat are exceptionally good - Thanks to Saurabh for referring us to the fine dine. All the beaches are closeby within a range of 20 kms which made us get a beautiful view of Sunrise (Suratkal beach) and Sunset (Padubidri beach). Never miss visiting Kapu beach during evening hours. Overall a very good experience. I would definitely recommend this place for a lovely stay.

They made me feel completely at home and ensured that every aspect of my stay was comfortable. The home-cooked meals were absolutely amazing – delicious, fresh, and filled with love. This is an awesome stay in the center of the city. Everything is very close by and easily accessible and the host family is very nice and welcoming. I stayed there for a weekend with friends and we had a great time. Hosts are quite polite, approachable and eager to share any information you need. Everything you need is at a walkable distance, bus stops, restaurants, supermarket. Definitely recommend this place and we might even go back and stay here some time again.

I had an incredible experience during my stay at Wenge House in Madikeri, which made my trip to Coorg truly memorable. The host, Kshama, was exceptionally generous and accommodating, providing numerous suggestions for sightseeing and dining nearby. They even arranged a jeep for a trip to Mandalpatti, further enhancing our adventure. The property was spacious, neat, tidy, and centrally located, making it convenient to explore major attractions within walking distance. The host was proactive and helpful throughout the stay, ensuring we had everything we needed. The house was well-equipped with all amenities, and truly felt like a home away from home. I wholeheartedly recommend Wenge House to anyone visiting Madikeri for an outstanding Airbnb experience.

Great stay! The apartment was clean, cozy, and exactly as shown in the pictures. Loved the peaceful location and easy access to shops and transport. The host was kind and quick to respond. Would definitely book again!

You will feel close to nature. The place is very calm and serene. On one side lies Gurupura river on the other side is Tannirbhavi beach. This property is on the river side. The property is exactly as described. The locality is very safe. People are great here. In the morning you will get a nice sunrise view from the river side. For the sunset you can go to the beach which barely at 500m distance. To commute to the city, the cheap and best way is go by ferry. The ferry dock is at walking distance of about a kilometre. From there boats are available from morning around 7-7:30 AM till 7:30 PM at interval for every 15-20 mins. D'Souza family is very friendly and helpful. They will give you lot of local recommendations. They are great hosts. Would love to stay again in future😊. PS: You will love doing kayaking here.

This place it's worth its name. Truly a hidden gem. The host was very responsive and made us feel at home. The property is very beautiful, what I liked the most is it's cleanliness and amenities. The surrounding is also very beautiful and serene. Me and my husband went with our pet and this place being pet friendly was a plus. Points to note if you wish to stay here: 1. This is within the city so most of the tourist attractions are nearby 2. Zomato and Swiggy is also available here. 3. In case you wish to go out for food, there are a lot of great places to eat and the host is also helpful with the recommendations. 4. If you bring along a pet, you can walk your pet outside this property, and there are 3-4 very cute friendly street dogs living near the property. (Although, our dog isn't very friendly with stranger dogs therefore, we requested the host to keep the dogs inside while we walk ours, and he did whch helped us a lot)
