Spacious, peaceful studio apartment with pool

The apartment is situated in beautiful countryside, surrounded by orange groves and olive trees, approximately half way between Paphos and Polis. Although conveniently located just off the B7, it is quiet and secluded. With a private entrance, the one large room (26 sq m, NO KITCHEN) contains a king-sized bed, sofa (convertible into a double sofa bed) and plenty of drawer space. The large, luxurious, en-suite bathroom consists of a bath with overhead shower, as well as a separate walk-in shower.

For a holiday rental within walking distance of one of the most beautiful beaches in Cyprus and all the fun and excitement of the bustling summer resort of Ayia Napa, Napa Gem is hard to beat. Located in the centre of the resort and only a few minutes’ walk from a sweeping sandy bay.
