We loved Jonathan's place! The location in Orient Bay, close to the beach and the restaurants and small shops, was really fantastic. We were familiar with the area from a visit years ago, and we were happy to see that Orient Bay was as gorgeous as we remembered. We appreciated that there were arrangements with the restaurants on the beach to get discounts for chairs/umbrellas. The unit also included folding chairs if guests would prefer to go to the open area rather than one of the beach areas that were connected to the beach restaurants. The unit was clean and comfortable and the kitchen was well-stocked. Maeva, the local host, was very kind and responsive. She contacted us ahead of our stay to answer questions and make arrangements to meet us. She showed us the unit and made sure things were perfect for our stay. She also gave great recommendations and offered to help with reservations. I cannot recommend Jonathan's place highly enough! I truly hope we will be back in the future.

Le logement était impeccable, propre, joli, fonctionnel, bien placé. La petit terrasse extérieur est super, facile d’accès vers la plage, la piscine et le chemin au bord de l’étang pour se promener. Nous reviendrons c'est certain!

Le logement proposé était fidèle aux photos de l'annonce, avec tout le nécessaire. L'accès est facile. Proche d'équipements intéreesant (parcours sportifs, centre ville, petite crique privée). Ce studio appelle les vacances! ca a été une vraie coupure!

We spent 4 nights here and absolutely loved it! The location is within walking distance to the beach (less than 5 minutes), restaurants, and a small grocery store. It's also just a short drive to the Pinel Island ferry and Grand Case. The room was quiet, clean, spacious, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay - including beach towels and umbrella. There's also a pool and a restaurant on-site. Fabien was responsive, flexible, and answered all our questions promptly. We’ll definitely stay here again when visiting Orient Bay.

We could not have chosen a better place to stay. The wide open interior and magnificent glass walls overlooking Marigot Bay made for stunning views both in the day and at night. The Kitchen had all the amenities you could ever want and the host actually stocked some drinks for us. Restaurants are around the corner and if you have a car, everything is easily accessible. A ferry to Anguilla and one to St. Barths both leave from close to where you stay, a five minute walk away. There is a laundry right outside the gate to the premises. The place is very private and the highest point on the entire property. You can use the air con or open up the wide folding door at the front for caribbean breeze. The gate at the top of the driveway is electric. This was an ideal place and we would stay here again. The host Sarah went above and beyond to make us comfortable and was easily accessible. This is a place you should book as it appears to be in high demand. It made this vacation one of our best.

Second time staying and the hosts were awesome as usual, very responsive! We will be back!

We had a wonderful stay and can’t wait to come back next year! Sylvia greeted us at check in. She is wonderful and made our stay very comfortable. The unit is lovely and well kept. We love the location! Steps from the beach and D’s restaurant. Short trip to amazing beaches and restaurants. There is a water filter on the tap so you don’t have to buy bottled water. Nice touch!

I stayed here with a group of 11, and we had a great time! As with any stay, small things can come up, but the host was incredibly responsive and made sure any issues were addressed right away. The location was perfect, and the view from the pier each morning was absolutely my favorite part—it was the perfect way to start the day. Overall, a wonderful stay and I’d definitely recommend it!

Parfait havre de paix pour une semaine parfaite. L’extérieur est très agréable : piscine, transats, fauteuils et tables pour l’ensemble de nos repas. Proche des bons spots St Martinois. À faire ou refaire.

We had a wonderful time at Villa Aquamarine, very well appointed with an extremely convenient location within a community full of amenities and restaurants. Orient Beach is just a short 5 minute walk away and Christine and Alexandre were attentive to all our concerns and needs, will definitely recommend and stay here again.

My best friend and I enjoyed the house. It was the perfect home base for our island adventures peaceful, private, and just as described. The views were beautiful, and we loved having our morning coffee outside while listening to the water. The location made it easy to get around the island, and everything felt safe and convenient. The house was clean, cozy, and had everything we needed, from a well-equipped kitchen to comfortable beds. The host was friendly, responsive, and made sure we had everything we needed before and during our stay. We had such a great time and would absolutely stay here again the next time we visit St. Maarten. Can’t wait to return!

We enjoyed our stay very much ( considering returning next year to the same place). Ophelie was very patient giving us directions and meeting us for check in. She even gave us a sweet gift of jellies and some water and soda to begin our stay. Lovely place and lovely host!

Nous avons passé une magnifique semaine chez Anne-Sophie. Hôte proactive et réactive. Il nous manquait un truc et elle l'a laissé au pas de la porte la journée même. Vidéos et instructions envoyés juste avant l'arrivée qui permettent de se reconnaître facilement. Environnement sécuritaire, et tranquille. La vue est incroyable, j'ai passé mes matins et soirées sur le balcon à regarder la mer, avec le bruit des vagues. Tout juste à côté, un super restaurant à découvrir, avec vue magnifique; le MezzaLuna. Aussi, en face de la rue, à 2 minutes à pied, se trouvent un petit marché, boulangerie, rôtisserie et station service. Un coup de coeur restaurant à essayer tout près; La Cigale. À 15 minutes de l'aéroport. À 5 minutes en voiture d'une plage magnifique et intime; Baie Rouge. Espaces de stationnement sécurisé sur place; une voiture est fortement recommandée si vous logez à cet endroit pour se promener et visiter les environs, car la plage sur place n'est pas vraiment baignable.

Formidable séjour dans ce condo qui est situé dans un emplacement de choix dans un secteur touristique. A 2 pas de la plage et de tous les services (restaurants, pharmacie, épicerie). L’appartement est très bien entretenu avec toutes les commodités nécessaires. Un seul désavantage la toilette n’est pas au même niveau que la chambre à coucher. L’hôte est très disponible, agréable et réponds très rapidement aux questions. Il y a un petit cahier avec toutes les directives pour faciliter notre organisation et séjour. Le quartier est très sécuritaire. La plage est belle. Bonne vacances ☀️

The place was in a stunning location, the view was unreal, better than any photo could capture. The beach was very private and right outside the door. If you enjoy walking along the beach you can walk down and see many different views of the island. The area was a quiet part of the island not very much going on, there are a few restaurants, a bakery, gas station and grocery store within 5-7 mins walking distance. Most of the things to do are in the busier areas of the island, I think a car is definitely needed to explore. Overall the place was great if you are looking for a quiet place to relax with great views and don’t mind driving 10-20 mins to get to places. The only real downside to the place is that the front sliding door is hard to open from the outside and it is heavy it didn’t affect our trip but maybe good to know for some people. I would definitely recommend to anyone and stay again.

Nous avons tout aimé de notre séjour chez Diane et Bruno! Non seulement les hôtes et leur sdorable chat Simba étaient très sympatiques, le logement était parfait ! Nous étions vraiment confortables et les environs sont magnifiques, tout simplement. La vue est top!

this is not our first time to the island but Maries place was very quiet and welcoming, had a bit of a water pressure doing the first of our stay, but it worked it self out, Marie was also very responsive to any questions we had.

The apartment was very nice. Less than 5 min walk to the beach. Kitchen was well equipped with kitchen tools to make simple meals. There are couple of restaurants on the premises where you can have dinners, and a small market store which has basic food and alcohol. I highly recommend renting a car as this resort is remote, and purchase food in the city (if you are planning to cook more complex meals). The apartment has beach chairs and umbrella which was great. Over all our stay was awesome.

Agréable séjour de 12 jours . La vue de la terrasse sur la baie et la piscine était spectaculaire avec couchers de soleil en prime . Lit confortable . Une voiture est essentielle sur l'île , Nous avons fait plusieurs parcours un peu partout . Indépendamment de notre destination nous étions rarement à plus de 30 min. de route . Seul bémol ... des chaises de plage auraient été appréciées .
