Outstanding cottage, would love to come back soon! The photos don’t do it justice! It’s even better when you’re there. Spotlessly clean, beautiful kitchen/dining room and comfortable bed. The views from the back garden were fab! I can’t recommend this enough, would have happily stayed there longer and will definitely return. It was a lovely gesture that Kate even baked for us!! Thank you so much :)

We had the loveliest weekend staying at this beautiful converted barn. Philippa could not have done more to make sure we were well looked after, from making sure the house was warm and well-lit to welcome us late at night, to dropping off fresh eggs from her chickens for our breakfast. We felt instantly at home - the beds and sofas are really comfortable, the space is beautifully done-up, and our children had the most wonderful time watching the horses, chickens and cats from the windows. A really special place to stay and I could not recommend it more highly.

We had a great time at Canny Brow Barn. Everything you could possible think of or need for your stay, Ian and Anne-Marie had thought about, from a cocktail shaker to cleaning products to games. Would highly recommend!

Another great stay at Belle Vue Barn. Gavin went 'above and beyond' and is a great host. A fantastic location, beautiful barn and a friendly host. An absolute must if you are visit the area or venturing further out in Yorkshire. Thank you.

We had a fantastic stay at Mary Meadows, the accommodation is just lovely and a great base for exploring the Lakes either by car or foot, the Aira Force waterfall is just a short walk away. Also a decent pub at the end of the lane. Joanne was a fantastic host, answered all our questions before and during our stay, and was really patient with us during the booking process. It’s nice to have a host that is personal and friendly. We definitely plan on staying here again on our next trip to the Lakes. Thanks Joanne

Me and my partner the best couple of nights at the stable and had some much needed time away. The cottage is in a great location with so much to do nearby in Northumberland whilst still being quiet and peaceful. Rachel was also a great host and we knew she would be there if we needed her. Thanks again, we will be back!

What an incredible place! We were thoroughly satisfied with everything- the photos don't do the space justice. The barn was well equipped and had all the creature comforts you could need. Large, spacious master bedroom and upstairs bathroom with bath and shower. Two further decent sized bedrooms and bathroom with shower/WC downstairs. Gorgeous sun room with large smart TV. Kitchen & utility. Beautiful cana/river walk within walking distance of accomodation. 40mins from Lake Windemere. Hosts very friendly and helpful, left us to it and provided privacy. We would very much like to stay here again.

Lovely, cosy little cottage on a working farm. Had everything we needed for a 2 night stay. Gorgeous countryside views - loved watching the cows and sheep from the private balcony hot tub! We cycled 20 minutes to the nearest pub, the Milecastle Inn, which had great food, lovely staff and more beautiful views. The cottage is within walking distance of Hadrian’s wall too.

Reg and Lynn were wonderful hosts and the accommodation was beautiful. Lovely welcome pack, friendly hosts, perfect location - couldn't ask for more. Wish I was staying longer

Excellent AirBnB with great hosts. Thoroughly enjoyed our two nights at this idyllic cottage. Location was excellent - easy reach of motorway, Lakes and Yorkshire Dales. Can't fault anything and certainly hope to be back in the future.

It was everything we had hoped for. Amazing views, I know everyone says that, but genuinely out of this world. The house is set out very well, Everything works as it should. Barry is very helpful. We had a great time, local suggestion would be the Shepherds rest pub for dinner at sunset,

Bella's barn was perfect. It had everything that we needed and it was cleaned to a high standard. Kev went above and beyond to help us out. We had a fabulous time and would highly recommend ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Lovely place to stay, make sure to read all the info the host has left as it all proved very useful. Very photogenic area and quite, recommend the Wednesday night Pizza van in Broughton Square and Blacksmith Arms. You'll have a great stay, thanks again Sue and Geoff.

We had a lovely stay, the location was so peaceful and quiet but not far from town centres. The barn was lovely and clean, thank you!

My wife and I stayed 4 nights at Crook a Beck Barn. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend this property. It is well equipped, with a great kitchen, plenty of wardrobe space and a large walk in shower alongside a large bath. It is in a peaceful setting with beautiful views and has all levels of walks available straight from the property. We enjoyed the extras especially the lemon drizzle cake made by Judith. We will definitely books this property again on our next visit to Patterdale.

Just had a wonderful stay with 8 family members. The property was perfect and in a gorgeous ,private location with a stunning view in all directions. We found the beds to be really comfortable.Had all the kitchen equipment we needed. We'd be very happy to return to the house again , I certainly hope we do! We found it to be an ideal base to go on day trips in the Lake District. "Chuckles" the chicken was a firm favourite of everyone! Thank you so much for making our holiday such a success.

loved Karens place! beutifull old barn with a modern interior. everything you would need for a comfortable stay. we particular liked the log stove made the room really cosy not that you needed it as the central heating was on. gorgeous views from the patio doors. also everything was spotlessly clean. also the lovely hamper karen left with lots of goodies in . definatly top of our list of Air b&b places to stay.

We’ve had such a lovely break. The cottage is so cosy and clean and has everything you need. We really enjoyed the hot tub too and was so helpful to have dressing gowns and extra towels. Kay & Jon are great hosts. We’d love to come back. Tara & Phil 😊

Ash Barn was in the perfect location for the five of us on our trip to ride at the nearby Cumbrian Heavy Horses. The house has a very airy, sociable space downstairs with comfy sofas. Upstairs, the three bedrooms and the squeaky clean bathroom were very inviting after a day in the saddle! We also fitted in a lovely walk from the barn up into the hills behind Duddon Bridge. Excellent spot!

Accommodation very clean and as described. Great location close to Coniston and local walks. One suggestion is for a larger tv in the living room as existing one quite small for size if room. overall a great stay.

Place was exactly as described, really spacious perfectly laid out. Kitchen was well stocked allowing us to cook and have family meals. Great walk down to the local restaurant and enter the main city centre. Neighbours roundabout really friendly and recommended lots of lovely walks. Overall, a really great stay and will definitely be back
