Culebra : locations de vacances en bord de mer

My family of four felt right at home at Josh's home in Vieques. The house, perched up on ocean's edge, is a little piece of heaven. We spent most of our time on the patio listening to the ocean, napping on the comfortable outdoor couch while it rained and taking in the views. The house is very private, with the exception of a few welcomed visitors. On our last day, three horses made there way into the backyard to eat the grass. It was the icing on the cake for us and such a beautiful sight, and we were sad to have to leave. The bedrooms and beds were very comfortable, the showers were hot and the kitchen had plenty of extras to make meals. We are already planning our next return and hope to stay here again.

Absolutely loved Ivelisse/Lisa’s place. Communication with Lisa, co-host, was excellent. Great at reponding to any questions, etc. She even dropped off homemade bread during our stay. And had great local recommendations. Loved the location of the home. On the top floor (penthouse) which had awesome views of harbor from the deck. It was great that 1/2 of deck was covered as well. The vaulted ceilings make the place seem big. 3 good size bedrooms with comfortable queen beds. Two had their own bathrooms. Washer and dryer which was convenient. Kitchen had coffee maker, toaster, and all the appliances/utensils/kitchenware needed. And you can’t beat the location. Right in the center of things. So close to the local supermarket, lots of cute restaurants and coffee shops. 10 minute walk (max) from ferry dock and 5 minute drive to airport. Very convenient. Also beach chairs, coolers, beach towels supplied which were great. We loved Culebra and the house and hope to return soon!

Great apartment and amazing ocean view. The beach right outside the building is very calm, with warm shallow water. It was perfect for our 1 year old. The building blocks the sun and causes a shadow across half the beach in the afternoon (in March) which was a nice break from the sun. There’s only a few places within a short walk, so definitely check those out in advance or plan to drive everywhere.

Everything at Christian’s place was wonderful. Close to the beach and was in a very secure condo neighborhood. My family and I wouldn’t hesitate to stay there again.

Our stay was everything and more at Natalia's! The neighborhood is adorable, walkable and features tons of great restaurants. The location is perfect. I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again or even try out the other property on the premises. Thank you again Natalia and Sean! 💖

Suzanne's place was amazing. Such a great place for a family. It is really loud because of the Malecon & cars cruising with loud music. But that is the culture & I loved it. The roosters were rough. But the place was perfect. We cooked for 9 people. 2 stayed at the studio & 1 down the block plus the six of us. The beach was right across the street. When we didn't feel like adventuring, we walked across the street & chilled out under a tree & swam. If loud noise bothers you maybe not the best place but we loved it & would definitely stay there again. If you have young children that don't sleep well, also maybe not the best. But everything was comfortable, super clean & such fun. My kids are in their 20's & it was perfect!

We loved this place! It was a short walking distance from the beach and it was cozy and modern with everything we needed.

Patricia’s flat was PERFECT for our mother/daughter/sister beach getaway. The space was open and clean. The balcony is a GEM— breathtaking ocean views! There are several dining options in short walking distance— cute cafes, cocktail huts, and sit-down restaurants serving fresh seafood and local fare. Short walk to kayak circle and water taxis and beautiful Seven Seas beach just a 20 or so minute walk. AND covered parking!! We will stay here again— thanks Patricia!!

Absolutely loved our stay at Domenica’s beachfront condo in Luquillo! The location is unbeatable — just steps from the beach, and we could hear the sound of the waves at night. The condo itself is modern, beautifully updated, and very comfortable. There were plenty of towels, which is always appreciated. My kids had a blast boogie boarding at the beach just across the street and also enjoyed spending time at the pool. We walked along the beach or the road into town multiple times—it was an easy stroll every time. The beach chairs and cooler were a great bonus and made our beach days even better. I also cooked dinner multiple nights and found the kitchen super easy to use with what I needed to make vacation dinners. There is so much to do in and around Luquillo. Domenica was a fantastic host, providing excellent recommendations for local restaurants and activities and great communication. We felt right at home and would come back to this wonderful place in a heartbeat!

We really enjoyed our week. The check in was easy and the condo was as described. The convenience of the beach directly across the street and the shared pool out the backyard was great, particularly for families traveling with kids. The exterior of the condo complex and grounds look a little tired in places, but it is all clean and useable. The kids really enjoyed the pool. The interior of the apartment was clean, beds comfortable, AC in every room, and Omar was communicative and helpful. For instance, the beach umbrella was broken (one of the spokes broken likely just by wind at beach) and Omar quickly went out to replace it and gave us two new ones. There are lots of restaurants, including the kioskos, nearby. We also explored El Yunque, did a snorkeling boat tour, and spent a lot of time in the beach. Having two showers available was great for a family of 6 after days at beach and pool. Highly recommend!

The place was exactly what we expected from the listing and was overall an amazing stay! The views from the condo are amazing and the sound of the ocean was amazingly peaceful. The area is walkable with many fun bars and restaurants nearby. A nearby visit to El Yunque was the highlight of our trip! The only slightly negative to the entire trip was that there are times where security is not available to open the gate which requires a small wait - not a problem at all, I only mention it because it was left out of otherwise very detailed check in instructions and led to some initial confusion. All in all I highly recommend!

Everything was great! Nice and clean plus an amazing view. Only thing was the elevator got stuck and had to walk downstairs from the 19th floor.

Carlos was quick to answer our questions and the house was equipped with everything we needed. There was an island wide power outage during our stay, but we were not impacted because of the back up generator! There were plenty of linens and beach towels, pool accessories and kayaks. It's a perfect place to stay with kids. The house was spotless and the environment was so peaceful. We could have stayed on site the entire trip and we would have enjoyed every minute of it. We hope to return in the future.

Super localisation. Le balcon avec la vue sur la mer, qui n’est qu’à quelques mètres, a été l’endroit où nous avons passé le plus de temps. La mer est peu profonde et parfaite pour les enfants. Les photos sont tout à fait conformes au logement. Nous étions présents pendant la panne généralisée ayant eu lieu sur l’ensemble de l’île, mais n’avons pas été incommodés, comme le logement était équipé de panneaux solaires et d’un poêle au gaz. Les hôtes ont été très disponibles, aidants et à l’écoute. Un endroit parfait pour visiter l’est de Porto Rico!

We loved this space! Janos was super welcoming and very accommodating. He went out of his way to make sure we had everything we needed and more. The beach in the backyard was very private (saw one other family just once- and that’s it) and had some really cool shells. Very close to town with plenty of great restaurants nearby. Within a short drive to everywhere on the island. We will return again. Thank you for hosting us!

We had a terrific time. Location was great - 30 second walk to the beach. Nice quiet street and the house was perfect for us. Plenty of room, clean with comfortable seating. Robyn is very friendly and made us some banana bread which was delicious. Cute cats waiting to greet us each morning in the driveway. We would love to come back anytime and recommend Robyn's place 100%

We enjoyed our stay very much! The listing was just as described. Super convenient to get to local restaurants and attractions. The pool and beach were just steps away from the house which was a big plus. Highly recommended, especially if you are traveling with kids. Vanessa was a great host and was so wonderful with communication. Looking forward to visiting again!

Gosh I love this condo! Very clean, has everything you need. The property itself is pristine. Yohanhs is a phenomenal host. Very polite, replied quickly to anything. She helped us before we arrived to arrange a rental car. You will NOT regret renting her condo. I felt very safe in the area, as well:)

I loved this place. It was very beautiful and peaceful. I hated that i had to leave. And the host was nice and kept me updated with weather and everything before i arrived. This place was like a resort! I had no issues, no bugs, no complaints from neighbors, nothing!! I would recommend this place and if, no WHEN i come back to PR, I’m looking for this place!!

Beautiful views from the apartment; right on the beach. Well-equiped, clean, nicely decorated apartment. I especially loved the covered patio close to the beach--I read 6 books while sitting out there in the shade and listening to the ocean. People camped on the beach because it was a big holiday weekend and they did some partying but it didn't interupt or interfere with my relaxation. David and Justin were very responsive and helpful. Highly recommend!
