Her şey çok güzeldi. Tertemiz bir evdi, her şey temiz kokuyordu. Sunulan tüm imkanlar iyiydi. Mutfak için tüm araç gereçler mevcuttu. Neredeyse ev ile ilgili her şey mükemmeldi. Sadece kaldığımızın 2.günü yoğun yağış sebebiyle evi su bastı. Fakat ev çabucak temizlendi, ıslanan eşyalar yenileriyle değiştirildi. Temizliğe gelen çift çok tatlıydı. Bu durumla alakalı ev sahibinden bir özür beklerdik. Yine de yardımcı oldu ve her aradığımızda ona ulaşabildik, bundan dolayı memnun kaldık.

Рекомендую! Вилла еще просторнее, чем на фото. Очень уютный двор, с зеленью, бассейном и мангалом. Невероятный вид и тишина вокруг. Pinar очень отзывчивый хозяин, нам помогли со всеми нашими просьбами. Большое спасибо за прекрасный опыт!

Beautiful villa, we loved the views. It has everything you need, and feels private even though there are villas around you. Feray was a great host and responded to any questions realluly quickly. We'd definitely book to come again! Kalkan is a wonderful place.

Great host, great communication. Beautiful home in peaceful surroundings. Would love to come back to this special place to wake up to that incredible view and swim again with the sea turtles one day!

Нам понравился дом, он красивый, аутентичный, присутствует множество ярких деталей приятных глазу. в спальнях кондиционеры, что очень спасало в жару, также кондиционер в гостиной, где тоже проводили много времени, техника, которой пользовались была исправна (стиральная машинка, чайник и другое), но по приезду присутствовал запах старины, который за ночь выветрился. только один нормально функционирующий душ, нас было четверо, поэтому долго ждать не приходилось. Рядом есть смотровая площадка, буквально в 30 минутах ходьбы. Красивый вид с террасы на гору и город. Нужно учитывать тот факт, что без машины до него сложно добраться из города и когда заказывали еду на дом, все курьеры не могли его сразу же найти, поэтому будьте готовы, что придется с ними общаться, и не всегда на английском. С заселением и выселением никаких проблем не возникло. В целом приятное ощущение как из детства, что приехал к бабушке в деревню. Спасибо за гостеприимство!

Es ist eine sehr schöne Unterkunft in einer guten Lage - die Kommunikation mit Askin war sehr gut. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt!

A lovely villa exactly what how it was described. In a private location, good sized rooms. Excellent communal area facing the pool. Each bedroom was well equipped with very effective AC which was vital to cope with the heat. During our stay temp rose to 38•C. However the key highlight of villa was the deep pool. Me and my family spent most of our day in the pool cooling off. No real problems any small niggles were immediately remediated. Well done to Hilary and her team. I would highly re recommend!

We had an amazing stay at Hayam Evi. The communication from Deborah was fantastic. We arranged to meet the manager Onder at the property and he showed us round, took our cases upstairs and answered any questions we had, he also made contact with us throughout our visit to make sure all was ok. The villa was fabulous, beautifully decorated, smelt amazing and equipped with everything that you would need, even at stocked fridge! We didn’t have the best weather to start our holiday but it didn’t stop us from enjoying the town of Kalkan, the restaurants, bars, shops, the people were so kind and friendly and the town dogs will be in our hearts forever, we named them all ❤️. We had a truly wonderful week at Sage House. Superb location with breathtaking views from the lovely terrace, gorgeous little house, beautifully decorated. Olivia and Süha were fantastic hosts - they even took us to the annual 11km walk celebrating Patara villager’s nomadic past, and we walked with locals through stunning scenery accompanied by musicians, dancers, horses sheep and camels! Patara village and the beach are just as unspoiled as they were when I used to visit in the 90s. Will definitely be back again soon!

Everything was great. Aydın just lived downstairs and was very helpful. Whenever we had a question or needed some help or support, he was always there to help andanswer our questions. Definitely recommend it!

This apartment is nothing short of sensational value for money. We stayed 3 nights and wish we could have stayed longer! The views are stunning, the apartment feels private somehow even though there are a couple of others nearby. The pool offered plenty of fun for the kids. The apartment was very spacious in all areas (except the kitchenette which was slightly small but we managed) and very clean. Excellent hot water pressure! The balcony with views of the Mediterranean really made this place, plus the quietness. It’s only a small 5 minute drive to the heart of Kas which was exactly what we wanted, close enough for exploring but a few minutes out of the busyness. Highly recommend this place and it’s lovely host Şahin :)

This is our second visit and we highly recommend it. Great hosts friendly cat who visited daily. Perfect terrace for sunbathing watching the sun go down and having BBQ. If you enjoy relaxing and sunbathing this is the place for you.

Ben sakin,sessiz ama denize de yakın bir yer istiyordum.Ali nin yeri kesinlikle istediğim gibi bir yerdi.Kendi aracımızla gittiğimiz için alışveriş yerlerine,plajlara,Kalkana gitmek çok basitti.Evi çok temiz teslim aldık,bu konuda ayrıca çok teşekkür ederim.Genelde yaptığımız tatillerde sivrisinek problemi yaşardık ama bu yıl bunu hiç yaşamadık ve bu çok güzeldi.Evde ki eşyalar yeterli ve temizdi.Çamaşır ve bulaşık makinesi için deterjan bulundurmaları ince bir davranıştı.10 gün çok keyifli bir tatil geçirdik.Kaş ta bir daha tatil yapmak istersek kesinlikle tekrar geliriz.

Öncelikle Melek Hanım’a çok hızlı iletişimi için teşekkür ediyorum. 2 aile olarak misafir olduk. Bizleri anne ve babası karşıladı ve gerçekten kendimizi evimizde hissettik :) özellikle küçük çocuklarımız için rahat hareket edecekleri geniş bir ortam vardı gerek evin içinde gerekse evin bahçesinde. Özetle temizliği düzeni her şey çok iyiydi, emeklerinize sağlık çok teşekkür ediyoruz :)

We had a great time in Kalkan, Deniz was a great host, we didn’t get to meet him but the communication was really easy. whenever we had questions, we asked for more blankets for example as it gets quite cold at night in April, he helped us out immediately. Great place to stay for 8 people or more if you’re willing to sleep on a couch. The pool was great and really clean, would go there again 5/5

We had the most fabulous holiday at Villa Narnia, and Selma wad the most fantastic, attentive and helpful host. The villa was luxurious and had everything that we needed, the pool and outside terrace areas were just divine. We often just opted to stay in as we loved being in the space so much. We were a family of 5, me and my hubby and two kids and also a grandma in tow. We also loved that we were not all on top of each other, as house / living areas and bedrooms are spread across 4 floors. Really special place and we will be back!! We had a car and my mum would walk into town and get a taxi back, as it quite a steep hill walking back up, but it’s so super easy and also cheap!

Highly recommend, Tarkan and his parents were very welcoming and made it feel like our home for the week! The house is equipped with everything you need for a 1-2 week holiday and located in quite gated area just a short drive to Kaş. The communication with Tarkan was super easy, he even brought us some fresh fruits and vegetables from his garden! Like a home away from home. All our requests were fullfilled within minutes, if we needed an extra towel or whatever. Its also noteworthy that the host speaks fluent turkish, english and german.

The villa was exactly as on the photos with amazing view. The surrounding is peaceful and you have a private experience. We were given some nibbles and even beer (😂) in the fridge on the day of arrival and it was clean and comfortable. There is TV, WIFI and even boardgames. It felt great!

Nous avons passé d'excellents instants dans la villa. Tout était impeccable. Tous étaient à proximité en voiture, faciles d'accès. Les hôtes ont été chaleureux et disponibles. L'hygiène est impeccable, je n'ai rien à redire. Merci infiniment pour ces quelques jours que nous avons passés. Tout était parfait 🤩

Wir mit 2 kleinen Kindern (1 und 3 Jahre) waren sehr zufrieden mit der Villa. Der Empfang war sehr herzlich und sehr sympathisch. Die Villa ist wie auf den Bildern zu sehen. Der Pool ist schön geräumig und für kleine Kinder auch geeignet. Die Kinder konnten schön am Pool spielen. Die Lage von der Villa ist abseits von der Stadt gelegen, aber Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind in der Nähe vorhanden. Die Villa kann ich bedenkenlos weiter empfehlen.

Our host was really friendly and helpful with very good English. Lovely villa with lots of outdoor space that catches the sun and also plenty shade: we had a great family time.

Sezgin was a fantastic host, he was approachable and I was able to ask him for assistance or recommendations and he responded fast with assistance. The Villa was exactly how it was advertised and we were very happy with our choice. KalKan was only a short 10/15 minute drive with restaurants and fantastic and pristine beach. We will definitely be back.
