Excelente lugar, limpio y Manuel muy atento siempre. Tranquilo y acogedor, con lo necesario para pasar tiempo a solas.

It’s a fantastic apartment, furniture, decoration are very nice. Location is perfect, in a very nice neighborhood where you can find restaurants, coffee places in a walking distance. Door man was very kind, his name, Francisco, always here to support For sure I will stay in the same place next time visiting Mexico City

El ruido del elevador y el presurizador o motor de algo parece ser del agua esta demasiado fuerte y es toda el tiempo. Esta muy bien ubicado, a un buen precio y atención espectacular. Peeeero si tienes sueño ligero este no es tu lugar.

This is a roomy and comfortable apartment that is very well located in the Roma Notre neighborhood. It is on a very quiet street with no noise from pedestrians, restaurants, bars or cars -- but there is an inevitable background buzz from the urban environment. One unfortunate downside currently is that the nearest Metro (subway) line (the Pink #1 ) is partially closed -- including the stations near the apartment. So that makes the Metro much less useful, but Uber works well. The neighborhood is full of good restaurants (both casual and top end) within easy walking distance. The Puebla Ave. branch of the very trendy Panaderia Rosetta is 2 blocks away. We also very much liked a new restaurant, Agngelopolitano that specializes in the moles of Pueblo.

El lugar está muy amplio y es muy cómodo, cuenta con cajón de estacionamiento (que si no sabes maniobrar muy bien, el servicio de parking hace todo por ti). Super fácil de accesar, y al estar enfrente del parque, es ideal si llevas niños o mascotas. El edificio tiene seguridad 24/7 y son muy amables. Tienes acceso a la alberca y al gimnasio, buen punto ahí. Justo a lado tienes una tienda de conveniencia, y muchísimos lugares para comer. Si tienen la oportunidad de quedarse ahí, aprovéchenla.

This is my fifth time staying with Capitalia whenever I visit Mexico City. They are absolutely amazing — the apartments are safe, and the staff is outstanding. They are always very accommodating and ready to help with anything you may need. I highly recommend them!

Graciela is an incredible host, she was extremely responsive and checked in on us a couple of times throughout our stay via Airbnb chat to ensure that we were enjoying our stay. The actual listing is exactly as described, there is a security guard that patrols the building 24/7 which added an extra layer of sense of security. The location is walkable and there is tons to do in the surrounding areas. Mexico City is an incredible place to visit with so much to do and ubering around makes it easy (if not within walking distance of Airbnb). I am already planning my next trip back and without hesitation I would stay at Graciela's place again :)

todo como las fotos enfrente está una estación de metro , lo único malo es el ruido tanto de la calle como de los otros huéspedes , si eres de sueño ligero no lo recomiendo pero si tienes el sueño pesado como la mayoría este lugar es perfecto, y excelente relación calidad precio sin duda regresaré
