The cottage is located on beautiful 13 acres with a horse barn that is being converted to an beautiful space for weddings and events. Located 1/2 mile from Four Seasons Marina and boat dock. Located less than 5 min. from Evins Mill.

Best of smalltown lake life with all the conveniences like WiFi and town/the grocery store less than 10 mins away. Bring your boat, floats and fishing rods! On the lake, around the fire pit or watching the sun rise on the expansive deck, be surrounded by nature during your stay. Come reset, relax, reconnect and make new memories!

Hemlock Cottage - An enchanting place to stay!

Hemlock is a quaint cottage nestled in a forest of Hemlock trees! The porch is a tranquil spot where you look out over the the woodlands beyond. While you relax on the porch keep a lookout for wildlife which include whitetail deer, turkey and foxes. At night, turn on the bistro lights that hang in the trees and enjoy a relaxing evening in the woods by a fire. Watermore cottage is located next door if you are looking for more room, you can rent both cottages. Pet fee of $30 max 2 dogs.

Small but lacking nothing. A great little one bedroom, one bath cottage just three miles from Historic Downtown Dayton TN. In a great neighborhood. Out in the country but still close to town. All the amenities of home; stove, refrigerator, microwave, Keurig, washer/dryer, sofa bed, large parking area, and a nice yard. Sleeps a family of four very comfortably. Cozy, clean, comfortable, and quiet. We love our tiny home and we are absolutely positive you will too.

This 1950s remodeled home is perfect for a weekend get away! Cookeville has lots to offer and this home is right in the middle of town. Less than a mile from Tennessee Tech University, 10min from CrossFit Mayhem and only 20 min from beautiful parks, state and waterfalls. It’s cozy for a couple but yet great for a family with an upstairs with 2 twin beds to accommodate kids and larger groups!

Anderson Farm

Located in Bledsoe County this family owned house and small working cattle farm is situated on over 100 acres of land and is roughly a 20 minute drive to Fall Creek Falls State Park. Being a few miles from the closest highway, you will enjoy the quiet and relaxation of the Cumberland Plateau with a large backyard and a good size pond available for catch and release fishing.
