Vita Nova is a newly renovated carriage house that has vintage charm with a modern feel. It is detached from the main bungalow, which was built in 1922 in the heart of Jax. This cozy 1 bed 1 bath has a small kitchenette available that includes a coffee bar with a Keurig and K-cups, microwave, toaster oven, mini refrigerator/freezer, and a brand new water filtration system so the water tastes delicious right from the tap. Private Oceanfront Jax Beach Apartment

The downstairs unit of our family beach house has 3 bed/ 2 baths and a comfortably furnished open kitchen- living room. Everything is on one level! You can see the back yard from the kitchen through the glass doors which makes it also perfect for families with small kids who like to play outside. We leave the entire outdoor area for our guests, incl. deck, lounge chairs, outdoor shower, dining table and charcoal grill. No dogs allowed! Tyga our friendly cat lives upstairs and outside.

Parking for 1 vehicle only Studio apt. attached to our house but privately separated. Centrally located in Jacksonville, only a ten minutes to the beaches, 12 minutes to mayo clinic. Unit has all you need for a week long stay or just one night. Full Kitchen and laundry. Decorative Lighted patio available for all guests. Comfortable Queen sized bed easily sleeps 2, crib available on request for infants younger than 2. Hosts are friendly and answer communications immediately. Thank you.
