We had a brilliant stay at Simon’s bungalow. Host was very helpful and responsive whenever we needed anything. Was perfect for our 2 year old who enjoyed the playground and near by animals. Property is spotless and had everything we needed for a great weekend, we would stay again.

So often a property disappoints with innacurate descriptions and misleading photos. This property is 5 stars in every respect. Recommend wholeheartedly, you will not be disappointed. David and Pierrette, Stamford and France 4/2025

My wife and myself had an amazing stay at Rachel’s cabin,the views are fantastic and it’s so peaceful.the cabin itself was excellently presented and had everything you needed,we look forward to visiting again and would highly recommend it to anyone thinking of visiting beautiful North Yorkshire. Had a lovely stay in Ripon. The house was just as described, very clean and in a great location, within easy walking distance of the market square, and also for walks along the river. We had no problems parking - only once having to park around the corner rather than outside the property. Would recommend.

We had a lovely and very comfortable stay of 3 nights. I wish we could have stayed longer. It was really enjoyable spending time in such a spacious, tranquille space, in excellent condition, thoughtfully decorated, so well furnished and equipped, and needless to say spotlessly clean. It was a fantastic first experience also for my son to feed the checking, and collect and eat their eggs. Thank you for welcoming us.

The house is beautiful, very clean, we had everything we needed. It is the nicest and cleanest house we have stayed in on vacation.I would definitely recommend, the area is very beautiful.

I can't thank Lee enough for my stay. Fell in love with the plave and was perfect and tranquile for our 1st year anniversary. Drove all the way from the midlands and will definitely be booking again. Thanks again for sharing such a beautifull place.

Overall had a lovely stay, had only one extremely minor issues with the dishwasher, but was honestly no problem at all (Hence the 5 stars!). Nice and private, rarely if ever bothered by passers by or ramblers. Nice amenities in the lodge, and hot tub was lovely. Parking was a little tight, but nice to have our own space while visiting. Honestly had a fab stay!
