It's a bright spacious 3 bedroom 2 bathroom 1300 sq ft main floor of our house . We're a two minute walk to the ocean to launch a kayak or just picnicking . Or a 5 min walk to the James island wharf to drop a crab trap for dinner . There's ample parking for two guest vehicles . Jen and I love looking after the yard and gardens . We live in the suite below with our own entrance at the back . Your back patio with bbq overlooks the gardens and fruit trees . We're pretty sure you'll like it .😊

We are located 10 mins. from town and also on the bus route. Situated across from Fernwood beach, walk to the pier and cafe. St. Mary's Lake is 2 min. drive around the corner. Sweet ocean view to Galiano. Enjoy the outdoor garden area, with patio table. Access to fridge, microwave, toaster, kettle, coffee maker. Coffee, tea and continental breakfast items. Sitting room and breakfast area. Please let me know at time of reservation if you are bringing a pet and tell me a bit about them.

Dog friendly, we a dog . Close to village very central. Use of hot tub ( we will respect your privacy when arranged ) BBQ on deck. Kitchen has kettle, coffee maker, toaster. Shower in bathroom. Private entrance and walkway to car park. Smoking outside. Unit has a a fan . Please note: most roads on Salt Spring are narrow and winding , our property is approx . 600 feet above sea level ( reason for views) road can be walked or biked but steep in some places .

NO CATS ALLOWED . My place is close to the beach and across the road from Elk Lake. The apartment is only 15 minutes away from all major tourist attractions that Victoria has to offer. Other close amenities include Butchart Gardens, the Commonwealth pool, mini putt, the Cordova Bay Golf Course and Public transport as well as an off-the-lead .year around dog beach. It is also a three day minimum stay My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, and your dog.
