The house was beautiful and so big! The beds and couches were super comfy. The house and everything in it was immaculate. The host was easy to communicate with. A relaxing place to bond with family and in a great location to explore.

A lovely and comfortable home in a quiet location. Very clean and easy to feel at home. Close to the beach, walkable location. Away from the holiday bustle in Cowes, so the evenings were calm and quiet, but close enough to wander down to Cowes for restaurants. Sally is a great host, communicated well, and provided a sweet Easter gift on arrival. Highly recommend this accommodation.

Full of fun and games for winter times, house was very clean and had all basic essentials! very close to beach and amazing caves and lookouts. shops are also close by!

We absolutely loved our stay at Polperro Farmhouse. It was the perfect weekend escape with friends, I wish we had another couple of nights! We had a beautiful lunch at the winery and it was a nice stroll back to the house. The property is just beautiful, beds super comfy, kitchen and fridge well stocked too. Thanks for a great stay

Marg was an absolutely amazing host. She gives you great recommendations of things to see and do the surrounding area. Instructions were very clear and her home is beautiful. Clean with everything you need. She is very responsive and very friendly. 10/10 experience.

It was amazing trip, the Doris was very helpful easy smooth check-in and check out.The house was neat and clean. Amazing place to visit everything is near the house. Doris help us alot and such a respectful person. I highly recommend everyone to book his house. He deserve 5 star rating. I am going to book his house again soon. We stayed at Linda’s property for a quick getaway for my husband’s birthday. The place is so cozy and beautiful. It smelled divine ! The beach was just infront of the accommodation and the weather was so perfect. She left some sparkling wine for us which was so considerate. The place has all the amenities you would require in an Air BnB. From the cutlery to the linen and robes, she has everything covered. Thank you for letting us stay at your beautiful property Linda.

We were after a place that was quiet with a bit of luxury and we had both with this beautiful accommodation within walking distance from the water. The property was super clean and had everything we needed including fresh bread, milk, bacon and eggs. Located perfectly away from the hustle of Cowes and more populated areas yet close enough to visit all areas of the Island within minutes. We even had visits from the local possums and wallaby. We did have a bit of trouble connecting to Netflix and it stopping but when we mentioned it Max had already organised for this to be looked at seeing it was meant to of been fixed a couple of weeks earlier. Still loved this place.

Max was responsive, friendly and a fantastic host. The Boat House is quaint get eclectic at the same time with charming character. Quiet location, easily drivable to Cowes and some fantastic local walks nearby too! Would certainly stay again

Great room on Philip Island! We felt really like at home. Kerry and Rod were reactive, flexible and kind. The house is cosy and bonus a cute cat! Plenty of recommendations from the hosts, thanks again for the lovely stay!

What a wonderful stay at Shac du Lac, we were on an extended visit from the Uk and it proved to be the perfect “bolt hole” while visiting our son and family in Newhaven. The listing was absolutely spot on, Deni was such an approachable and super friendly host & always available if needed and the “Welcome Goodies” were absolutely second to none. Thank you Deni for your care and attention to detail, we certainly hope to be back again xx

We had a Fantastic Stay with Colin and Sandy who made us very welcome in their house over 2 nights away in Easter. The Communication between Colin and I before we arrive was excellent and their local knowledge was great too - in fact before we arrive Colin recommended 2 x Restaurants that actually took pre-bookings both of which were excellent. Bathroom was spotless and the Bed was comfy too - Breakfast was on a "help yourself basis" which we both liked the concept of. Thanks Colin and Sandy - I am sure that we will be back one day. Deidre has a beautifully furnished,comfortable room and ensuite with a peaceful garden view She provded some lovely breakfast and welcoming items and information on good places to eat out. Her home is close to the lovely Rhyll conservation walk,and being on Phillip island only a short drive to beaches ,the Nobbies and Cowes. We had a lovely relaxing time here and would recommend it to others.

Sharon’s amazing accomodation was perfect for a weekend holiday and made us feel right at home straight away. It was close to everything and easy to get to. The house was spotless and very well maintained. Having breakfast already there was incredible, we can’t thank Sharon enough and we will definitely be coming back to this accomodation again in the near future
