Costa Cálida : locations de vacances au bord de l'eau

Excelente piso para pasar unas hermosas vacaciones en El Campello. con vistas a las Playa del Mar. Pudimos disfrutar de unos amaneceres de ensueño y unas noches de luna llena sobre el agua. Piso super amplio, con un gran salón, con un gran balcón con tumbonas para relajar cuando vuelves de la playa y unas mesas para desayunar por la mañana. Dos amplios baños, que pueden utilizarse simultáneamente para ducharse sin siquiera notar menos presión de agua. Una gran cocina muy bien equipada para disfrutar de ricas comidas y con todo lo necesario para 10 huéspedes. Se ubica sobre el paseo marítimo con lo que podrás disfrutar de una caminata cada noche y visitar los variopintos restaurantes de la zona. Si bien no cuenta con parking, tampoco es tan difícil aparcar en la calle. Piso totalmente recomendable. Gracias Karen y Alex por su atención. ¡Un lujo como pocos!

Vennlig og ryddig vert som tok oss godt i mot. Svarer raskt på meldinger og er alltid hyggelig. Pen og ryddig leilighet som var enkelt utstyrt med det mest nødvendige.

Hemos estado como en casa en el apartamento de Tomas! La urbanización es una maravilla y la ubicación es genial para bajar andando a la playa, nosotros hemos agradecido mucho no contar con el coche a diario. El patio tiene un tamaño perfecto y por la orientación no es demasiado soleado y corre un airecito muy bueno. Sabes que el sitio es el correcto cuando echas poco de menos algo de tu casa! Nosotros hemos estado fenomenal y seguro que repetimos. Tomas ha estado pendiente de nosotros tratando de poner facilidades. Fue flexible tanto con la entrada como con la salida. Los dias que hemos pasado alli han sido maravillosos! Gracias por todo!

The view from the balcony is wonderful. Lovely and sunny first thing in the morning. Patricia arranged transfer for us from the airport which was very useful. Any query I had was responded to extremely quickly and was always helpful. Although out of season it was still lovely to walk along the seafront and either way was a lovely walk along the coast. Coming out front and turning right takes you across a beach and in to the town where there is a Lidl and super-mercado as well as various other shops. Along the sea front are lots of bars and restaurants. Just downstairs is a little supermarket too which is useful if you do not wish to carry too much from main supermarket. The tram is not far and everyone we encountered was very friendly. A very peaceful location but easy to walk to places to eat. It did not take us long to get the tram into Alicante if you want more shops and a walk up to the castle. Thankyou Patricia and Roland.

Fantastic location, views of MarMenor were amazing. We did know the area & had visited San Pedro many times so were very happy to while away hours reading & looking at the fabulous views. Apartment had everything that was needed to have a very relaxing holiday with a massive choice of bars& restaurants on the doorstep .

Jose’s flat was absolutely fabulous. It was so well stocked you would need to see for yourself. It was literally 50m from the sea where there is a fabulous paved walkway that went for miles. I would highly recommend this apartment.

Fantastisch moo en luxei appartement aan de rand van Torrevieja zo'n 10 minuten lopen van het centrum. Aan alles is hier gedacht, tot in de kleine details is alles aanwezig. Alles op elkaar afgestemd.

Our family had a truly wonderful stay at Delia's house in Cabo Roig last week. From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by the cleanliness and how well-equipped the house was. It really felt like a home away from home. The location was absolutely fantastic. We loved being within easy walking distance of the beach and the vibrant Cabo Roig strip with its many shops and restaurants. It made exploring the area with our children so convenient. The house itself was spacious and comfortable, easily accommodating our family. Delia was a fantastic host. Communication was always prompt and helpful, and she made sure we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Any questions we had were answered quickly and efficiently. We would wholeheartedly recommend Delia's house to any family looking for a fantastic holiday in Cabo Roig. The combination of a comfortable and well-located property with a welcoming host made for a truly memorable trip. We hope to return in the future!

Ein großartiges Ferienhaus direkt am Binnensee auf La Manga, super ausgestattet, alles war da, was man sich wünschte. Nach knapp zweistündiger Fahrt vom Flughafen Alicante (auf der Rückfahrt mit 9,70 Euro Maut ging es schneller) kommt man auf einer Insel mit unzähligen Hochhäusern in ein kleines Idyll, in dem man sich am Rande von touristischem Leben und Trubel komplett in der Natur fühlt. Das Haus ist ein wenig in die Jahre gekommen oder länger unbewohnt gewesen, doch nach kurzer Zeit hatten wir alles so hergerichtet, dass wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt haben. Danke, wir kommen sehr gerne wieder!

Great apartment straight at the beachside front of Cabo Roig. Apartment was super clean and nicely decorated. Garden with pool was immaculate. Includes private parking.

Wir hatten einen wirklich tollen Aufenthalt in dieser schönen Ferienwohnung! Man hat eine schöne Aussicht auf das Meer und die Lage ist ideal – mehrere Restaurants befinden sich in der Nähe. Denis war super freundlich und hat immer sehr schnell auf unsere Fragen geantwortet, was den Aufenthalt noch angenehmer gemacht hat. Absolut empfehlenswert!

Alojamiento muy bueno, amplio, con todas las necesidades cubiertas. Todo preparado para pasar temporada larga también en la casa y pasar días de playa. Para la vida con peques también está bien preparado, con un buen patio para jugar.

Notre séjour passé chez Gerrit fut tout simplement parfait en tout points de vue ! Gerrit nous a accueilli chaleureusement et est resté en contact avec nous durant toute la durée du séjour pour nous faire des recommandations et répondre à nos questions. La maison a vraiment tout ce qu'il faut pour passer un séjour de qualité. La localisation est fabuleuse pour recharger les batteries et se détendre. Cabonneras a cette période de l'année est un petit havre de paix avec la mer à quelques pas de la maison. Encore un grand merci Gerrit pour TOUT! Vous êtes un hôte exceptionnel et nous ne manquerons pas de revenir dès que l'occasion se représentera 🌻

Eine herrliche Woche in einem traumhaften Haus direkt am Strand! Die Gegend bietet auch im Winter viele Möglichkeiten für Aktivitäten und geöffnete Restaurants. Das Haus ist wie auf den Fotos, bestens ausgestattet (viele Bettwaren, Decken, Handtücher, Strandtücher, Geschirr und Kochutensilien) und sauber. Die obere Terrasse ist absolut traumhaft und auch der untere Außenbereich ist anprechend, da er windgeschützt und ruhig ist. Kleine liebevolle Details wie Lichterketten abends in Sträuchern machen es besonders. Francisco ist sehr freundlicher, bemühter Gastgeber, der immer erreichbar ist bei Fragen und uns ein Gefühl von Zuhause gegeben hat in seinem Haus. Wir würden sehr gern wieder kommen!

Un departamento con todo lo qué necesitas. Solo con llevar tu ropa suficiente 👍🏽 Es una ubicación perfecta, el apartamento es tan completo, que no le falta el más mínimo detalle! Repetiremos seguro! Eduardo es muy amable y atento!! Limpieza impecable!

Encontré un hogar las dos semanas que estuve. Desde los detalles de bienvenida, cómo olía la casa y la ropa de cama, hasta las vistas, con unos atardeceres de ensueño.. inmejorable. La habitación principal da al club náutico además, y se ve el amanecer, con una mesita ideal para estar viéndolo mientras te tomas el café. Hay una atmósfera mágica. Óscar estuvo atento en todo momento. Sin duda si necesito escaparme en cualquier otro momento, no elegiría otro sitio. Gracias!!

Un immense merci à Natalia pour son accueil chaleureux et attentionné ! Dès notre arrivée, nous avons été touchées par les petits détails qu’elle avait préparés : café, lait, accessoires de plage… tout était pensé pour que notre séjour soit agréable. L’appartement est tout simplement magnifique, parfaitement situé en première ligne face à la mer – une vue magique dont on ne se lasse pas ! J’y ai séjourné avec mon petit garçon de 1 an, ma maman et enceinte, et nous nous sommes senties comme chez nous. Natalia a été disponible, réactive et d’une grande gentillesse tout au long du séjour. Je recommande vivement cet appartement, une véritable pépite ! Un grand merci Natalia

Le logement est conforme à la description et aux photos et est parfait pour un couple. La place de parking dans la résidence et le supermarché à moins de 5 minutes à pied sont de réels atouts. La terrasse était également très appréciable. Nous recommandons ce logement.

The apartment is large and bright, very clean and tastefully decorated. Comfy bed and kitted out with everything you would need for your stay. The view is amazing, you could never tire from sitting on the balcony day or evening. There is a walk way in front of the apartment but it is never noisy, infact in the daytime, you hardly see anyone. The jetty is a great spot to sit and read or swim in the lagoon. The town has some restaurants and a few bars, if your driving there are other resorts close by. I would definitely return and recommend to friends and family. Communication with Dave and Bryan was also good.

All I have to say is WOW! This stay has been one of my absolute favorites. I often stay in Alicante, so I know many great spots, but Maxim’s place has the best location by far! This apartment is located very close to La Playa del Postiguet and below it is the elevator entrance to Santa Barbara Castle. But despite its central location, it’s very quiet in the apartment. The views are unbeatable from the living room. Moreover, this is probably the cleanest airbnb or hotel I have ever stayed in… spotless linens and mattresses, shiny counter tops and super clean bathrooms. The special additions like the amazing view, artistically designed interior, and super fun rain head shower with LED lights in the bathroom made this place so unique. Last but not least, the host’s communication was impeccable. From local recommendations to quick responses. The host even allowed us to leave our luggage in the apartment for a few hours after check out before we left town! This place is seriously luxurious.
