I had an amazing time at this Airbnb! From the moment I arrived, everything exceeded my expectations. The place was spotless, beautifully styled, and felt incredibly welcoming. It had all the little touches that make a stay feel special—fresh towels, coffee and tea, and even a welcome note! The location was perfect—quiet and peaceful, but still close enough to everything I needed. Whether I wanted to relax or head out exploring, it was the best of both worlds. The host was outstanding—friendly, responsive, and genuinely cared that I had a great experience. They provided helpful local tips and went out of their way to make sure everything was perfect. Our experience staying with Leigh and Rob was absolutely fantastic. The AirBNB was exactly what was presented in the photos, with an easy to use kitchen, comfortable furniture and towels and face towels set out for us at arrival. Prior to check-in, they provided us with a comprehensive list of everything there was to see and do in the neighbourhood. We went to the Peninsula Hot Springs and one of their recommended brunch spots. It was very easy to get into the apartment itself, and the location was very close to the beach, a grocery store, some cafes and a number of restaurants. Highly recommend staying here.

Kristine place was the perfect place for our family, we loved that we could been our dog along with us and the kids loved the backyard with the cubby and sand pit and all the activities that where are the house for them to play with. Would recommend this house to all young families looking for a weekend away with family and pets.

Loved staying here. A quiet street and a short walk to the beach and shops. Great entertaining and bbq area for a large group and very comfortable beds and couches. We didn’t need for anything as everything was supplied that you could want, even a hair straightener! Would highly recommend this home to stay. Has a relaxed, homely vibe! The hosts were amazing and very considerate and attentive to our needs and were available at anytime if we had concerns or any issues. Thank you for a very enjoyable stay, we will definitely be back. What can I say about Fibi and her house, it was spectacular. It was clean, tidy. She was very well organised and very responsive. After last year’s terrible experience she made us very very happy. I can’t thank her enough. If we need to go to Melbourne again with my eyes closed I will be going to her place. Thank you again Fibi.

This was a perfect getaway for our family Easter. The man cave was great for our family to hangout together. It is next level! Walks to Coronet Bay, Settlement Point, The Boat Ramp and for coffee to Fig and Bay are right at the end of the street. This property is really secure for pets and caters for anything your dog could need. Thanks

We had a wonderful stay at Lauren’s place. The house is spacious, clean and well appointed - including a cupboard full of toys, which our toddlers absolutely loved! Check in and check out were very easy (with a late check out kindly offered by Lauren) and we felt right at home from the get go. Lauren is a friendly, responsive and helpful host. We stayed over the Easter long weekend and had a great time with family. The house was well presented, cosy, clean and super functional. A bit of a walk to town but easy beach access. Would recommend.

Lovely spot in Seaford. Back of the building complex so very quiet and peaceful. No noise from other residents. Easy walk to the shops of Seaford, either along the beach or along the creek. We did have issues with access through the front door which Sid tried to help with. We ended up just using the key to the back door for coming and going. Great space for a couple, 2 couples or a small family. Maybe a carton of milk for guests would be a nice touch of welcome.

We used Josephine’s apartment while visiting family in the Aspendale area. It is perfectly located near the station and a few metres back from the beach. The apartment was quiet and well presented and we found it particularly clean too. The apartment also has its own soul and personal decorating touches which made the apartment feel more welcoming and alive. Access is super easy and no fuss as is the building itself to navigate. Would recommend!

a great place to getaway for the weekend :) my partner and i stayed at maggie’s place for our fifth anniversary. it was a wonderful, relaxing experience. we loved the apartment’s decor and views. we also loved that everything was an easy walking distance. judy was an excellent host too :) she was so sweet and helpful!! as a first time user of airbnb, she has definitely set a high standard for hosts. :)

We love staying at Josh's apartment. It is outside of the busy area of Phillip Island, spacious , comfortable and close to the beach.

Wonderful property that is walkable to the beautiful beach. Kitchen had pretty much all amenities you could ask for. Bathroom was very clean. Bed was cosy. A very peaceful stay with no interruptions!! Judy was very accomodating when we also asked for an earlier check in.
