Great family stay for three generations. Local beaches are close by and all amenities you could need are not far by car. Shops for essentials are within easy walking distance. Something to do in all weathers

Excellent stay and so close to everything. Easy check in and clear communication made everything seamless. Would recommend staying again. Only thing we did not use was the hot tub as we were unsure when it was cleaned or maintained last. All else was perfect!

This home is beautiful, just as described. Just 2 of us but booked for 3 to have the entire home & that was the best decision made. Everything was clean & tidy, host supplied all the basic essentials. The home is in a great location and the spa pool was the best! Used it every morning and night. The home had a Bluetooth speaker we connected to while using the bbq area and spa. The neighbours were great, cause we didn’t know if anyone was there or not. So peaceful and so close to the beach. The host is a great communicator! Bonus you get to park your car on site and close the gate for privacy. We loved every bit of our time here. Thank you again for letting us stay 🥰

We had such a lovely 2 night stay here while coming down for a friend's wedding nearby and wish we had booked for longer! Bed was very comfortable and breakfast was delicious and generous. The place was very clean and we hope to come back in the future.

Marie was so great and accommodating! The place was lovely and had everything that we needed and so much more for our stay. Would love to stay longer and enjoy the relaxing and peaceful time away from the city life. 100% recommend if you are looking for a place to reset and just relax with family and friends!

I had a wonderful time staying here. The house was lovely, spacious, and conveniently located to many different things. Samantha was friendly and helpful. We really enjoyed the hot tub each night we stayed. Very relaxing getaway! We will definitely be looking to stay here again if we can, the next time we visit the area!

We so enjoyed our stay here. Really convenient to Oneroa shops and walkway down to beach. Everything you could expect, and more in the house. The house was ready for us before check in time and Brad let us know that we could enter early.

I needed a place that was peaceful and would allow me to recover and this beautiful cottage provided me with that and more. With a beautiful view from every window and the only sounds being the bird song and the breeze in the trees, it was a perfect place for me to re-energise and refuel. I highly recommend this cottage and the care of the hosts. There was also a much appreciated bag of fresh fejoas and apples - truly spoilt!

We couldn’t have picked a more perfect spot for our mini-moon! From the moment we arrived, we were in love—gorgeous flower gardens, dreamy hydrangeas, and the most charming vintage decor that was so our vibe. Every little detail was thoughtful and welcoming. Our small dog, Hazel, was just as happy as we were, enjoying the peaceful surroundings and exploring the garden. It felt like a cosy, romantic escape while still having all the comforts of home. We truly didn’t want to leave! Love, love, love—would stay again in a heartbeat! 💕✨🐾

Conveniently located close to the local attractions yet peaceful . The house is well equipped & comfortable. Vicki was great in terms of communication.

We really enjoyed our stay. You could picture happy family holidays spent in the cottage in the past. While the cottage has some age on it, it had all the facilities we required, the beds were comfortable, everything was really clean and in working condition. Being able to take the short walk to the beach to watch the sun rise each morning was great. Waking to the sound of bird song in the morning was special, as was having two NZ wood pigeons join us as we sat on the deck enjoying a cup of coffee the first morning. With the cafes and the Cathedral Cove shuttle only a short walk away, we were able to park our car securely beside the cottage and leave it there. It suited our style of travelling.

Great location, very quiet, peaceful, had everything we needed. We enjoyed sitting on the front patio and watching the sun set and birds and even a couple bunnies. House was very quiet and a great size for our family of three.

A Peaceful and Authentic Farm Stay Experience with two great hosts either stunning night skies. Our stay at Sunday Country Cabin was truly magical! The peaceful countryside setting provided the perfect escape from city life. The cozy accommodations and warm hospitality from Gary & Michael made us feel right at home. Apart from the stunning views and absolute calmness, this place also provides a great flexibility to visit Rotorua and Tauranga both in a single day, which is of course a cherry on top. Nights were especially breathtaking—calm, quiet, and perfect for stargazing. With no city lights around, the sky lit up beautifully, making for an unforgettable experience. If you're looking for a serene retreat with stunning night views, this is the place to be. We can’t wait to return!

A dream of a place to relax and use as a base for exploring the area. The special touches and loving care that Kim and Bryan put into every detail of the home — from garden beauty to kitchen necessities to lovely wall decorations — made for a very memorable experience. We didn’t want to leave! The hosts were gracious, welcoming and helpful with ideas of places to visit. And the star gazing on the deck was an unexpected bonus.

Kaye & John were so easy to communicate with! Their property looks just like the photos. Would recommend for a nice and quiet get away.

I would recommend. The cost is good value The Cottage is Perfect for a couple, everything you need as described. Private & quiet, Comfortable bed with clean linen, towels etc. Nice bathroom which has a heated rail to keep your towels dry, shower & water pressure are great. We had a wonderful stay in this lovely home a bit off the beaten track - but still very conveniently located. Great comfortable beds, peace and quiet - we enjoyed our stay in Toi Toi valley very much. Beautiful scenery, lots of birds including kingfisher in the back garden. The shepherds pie was really appreciated and enjoyed after a day trip to Waitomo Caves. Waikato roads are brilliant and driving in this area is fantastic. Thanks Tim & Michelle

We loved staying at Rabbit Ranch Cottage! It was perfectly quiet and rural, although very close to Cambridge and all the area has to offer to visitors. The cottage had everything we could have wanted for our four nights exploring the area; great kitchen, comfortable beds and an immaculate bathroom. We enjoyed having the farm's cows as neighbors. We used the e-bikes on the safe, wide bike paths down to the Velodrome (and beyond) - that's an adventure not to be missed! We give Rabbit Ranch Cottage top-marks!

Really enjoyed our stay at little lodge with our one year old. The kitchen was fully equipped and catered amazingly for a little one. There was a high chair, portacot, black out curtains, baby wash, and also plenty of baby books for him. Beautifully presented home and sunrise and sunset were very special with the cows in one paddock and a very friendly horse in another. Molly the cat was very friendly and also great entertainment for our baby.

We had such an enjoyable stay here while my husband performed at Hamilton Gardens for the arts fest. Everything was so accessible for us given we had three little ones in tow. We could easily pop across the road for groceries and the bath was so perfect for packing the kids in after a long day out. Will definitely be booking again and again as we visit Hamilton often!

Such a charming cottage! Less than 10 min walk to the beach. Close to several restaurants & wineries. Perfect for my husband & me. Also, beautiful views from the patio! Vicki was such a gracious host! Highly recommend!
