Such a beautiful property with a recent glow-up. You will want to spend all your time outside and with the pool, hot tub and fire pit area - you can! Having lunch at Farmers Wife is also a great way to break up your stay.

The cottage at the Wanderers retreat was great. Exactly what we were looking for to unwind and the hot tub certainly helped with that. The host was very responsive and met us to orientate us with the place. One Mile Beach is an easy walk and a spectacular spot.

We had a fantastic stay at this lovely cottage with our family of five. The home was clean, spacious, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The backyard was a highlight for the kids, with plenty of space to play and a great BBQ and outdoor dining area for us to relax. It was just a short walk to a fantastic family-friendly park, local pubs, and shops. Communication with the host was friendly and prompt, and she gave us some great local recommendations. Highly recommend for families looking for a well-equipped, welcoming place to stay!

Thank you Sarah for sharing your beautiful cottage with us. We absolutely loved our stay & never needed to leave during our 3-nights stay. Your cottage is clean, well-kept with a well-equipped kitchen that allowed us to make all our meals in a very clean oven (for those coming from Sydney way, we stocked up at Woolies in Meadowie which is only 30mins away from Sarah's cottage). We packed our coffee machine so started our days with coffee on the wrap-around balcony and were in the stunning pool swimming from 9am onwards. The pool & outdoor area is where we spent the majority of our time! Thank you for being such a great host, always responsive & extremely helpful. We cannot wait to come back!

We had a lovely stay at Sheree’s place in Tea Gardens. Beautiful and peaceful location yet in walking distance to restaurants, shops and pubs. Would definitely recommend.

Sue was very proactive and very helpful, the place was so big and spacious. We had a wonderful time to relax with our two little pups and were close to all amenities. Thank you so much for letting us stay, we had all a great break!

Perfect place for an escape! Glenn’s space was a great retreat from city life. Although weather stopped us using the pool, it was the perfect excuse to stay indoors, light the log fire and enjoy a bottle of wine from nearby wineries. The accommodation was comfortable, on beautiful grounds. Glenn was helpful and responsive and the added touches of fresh eggs in the morning and introductions to the cute dogs was welcomed!

Cute little cottage for a short stay in Newcastle. Nice and clean. Had everything that we needed. The two beds were super comfortable. The sofa bed was just ok. Host was very friendly and responsive.

Character filled house with comfy beds, beautiful linen, and lots of character. It is bigger than it seemed in the photos. Lots of interesting curios around the house, a well stocked kitchen and loads of books and games. We all had a lovely stay and enjoyed being able to spread out more than our house in Sydney. Wow what a get away with the family. As soon as we walked in to river Haus it was a breath of fresh air. It was beautiful, quiet and free of clutter and mess. With its inviting nature, the property performed outstandingly well for our two kiddos who could run around the house and venture outside with all gates closed. The swing out front, toys inside, comfortable beds and beautiful bath and shower were fantastic. Also wonderful to have washer dryer available even for the weekend. Sheridan and her husband were lovely to deal with upon arrival. Sheridan provided further recommendations and we went to all of the cafes, deli’s and shops available in town and surrounding area. Couldn’t recommend this stay enough. Definitely the best Airbnb we have been too, by far!!

We really enjoyed Dales place, it’s a very quite and peaceful location right on the water. Dale has modern canoes/paddle boards to use and explore the water, thoughtful extras were included. Overall we had a lovely couple of days.

The views were absolutely spectacular!! We loved the house, the location, the kangaroos, being away from people and Julianne was very easy to communicate with. Note: The dam water used for washing/baths/showers was very brown. It didn't bother us much but its something to consider if you're thinking about booking. Otherwise we cannot recommend this place high enough!

I had the pleasure of staying at Madhab's cottage this weekend and it was an absolutely delightful experience. The cottage offers a peaceful and private retreat, perfect for escaping the busy world. Every aspect of the accommodation was catered to ensuring comfort and tranquility. Madhab’s attention to detail and hospitality made our stay even more special. I highly recommend this charming getaway to anyone looking for a serene escape. I highly recommend him to improve his entrance instructions so someone like me fine get lost and get stuck in someone's property, that is in your address instruction. very nice home modern and had every thing you need, it is a shame that we could not park in the carport, the shower could have been a bit cleaner also the oven, but over all every thing else was very clean and comfortable.

The place is perfect for a weekend stay. Great walkable distance to beach, grocery shop, cafe, pub and bar. We stayed with three adults and two children for six nights and the place is not really set up for this unless you bring your own gear to clean up after children and toilet paper :) The washing machine makes limited towel supply manageable. We‘d come back as a couple any time.

Very reasonably priced for such a clean, cozy and beautiful place. Close to the shops and restaurants. The host is very friendly and helpful. Was an amazing experience.
