Great place! Close to the metro, grocery store, and lots of restaurants! I would definitely stay again!

Ήταν όλα όπως τα είδαμε στις φωτογραφίες. Ο χώρος όλος είναι πεντακάθαρος. Η Μαίρη ήταν πάντα εκεί όταν τη χρειαστήκαμε και απόλυτα κατατοπιστική στα πάντα. Ο χώρος πάρα πολύ φιλόξενος κι ιδιέταιρα το μπαλκονάκι εκπληκτικό για να χαλαρώνεις. Ευχαριστούμε για όλα…. Σίγουρα θα σε ξαναπροτιμήσουνε Μαίρη….!!!

The unit is new modern renovation, very clean, quiet and great location just 5 minutes walk to the beach, bus, Starbucks, good restaurants, mini markets. We're traveling almost 3 months from Malaysia to Greece, this is the first place that the bathroom shower water doesn't wet the floor :). Jonathas is very kind host, he let us check-in early and help us checking for the bus route to Temple of Poseidon. The Ktel bus from Athens to Temple of Poseidon stop at Batis bus station, about 1.2km. We waited for Ktel bus departed in Athens at 3pm and the bus arrived at Batis bus station at 3:42pm, we raised hand to call the bus and got to Temple of Poseidon for beautiful sunset, then took same bus back leaved at 6:30pm. Also, about 20-30 minutes to visit Athens center attractions and nearby beach towns. We love to come back next time for longer stay.

We had a lovely stay with our 2 kids. Tarsi arranged a baby crib for our 1-year-old and an ekstra bed for our daughter in the living room. The location is perfect! And the view from the living room is absolute amazing we enjoyed sitting on the balcony drinking a beer and watching the beautiful diner after the kids had been put to bed☺️ We were also grateful that we could have a late check out on our departure day. We would happily come again and can recommend for others to visit.

Es el mejor alojamiento en el que hemos estado en Grecia. Dimitris es un amor. Nos contestaba rápido, estaba super atento. Nos esperó hasta las 6 de la mañana debido al retraso de nuestro vuelo. Sus recomendaciones de sitios en los que comer por la zona fueron perfectas. La casa es preciosa. Nos sentíamos como en casa. Las vistas son increíbles. Transmiten mucha paz. Las camas son cómodas y en la casa hay de todo. Es un buen lugar de partida para ver la zona. Es en un pueblito pequeño pero muy cerca del mar y de las playas. Gracias Dimitris!!!

Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Aufenthalt in Franks Haus. Die Lage, der Ausblick, die Ruhe, die Natur lädt zum Entspannen und Genießen ein. Das Haus hat alles, was man braucht und noch mehr, es ist total liebevoll und stilvoll eingerichtet. Wir haben uns gleich sehr wohl dort gefühlt und hatten erholsame 10 Tage dort. Die Aufteilung mit den zwei Etagen und mehreren Terrassen war für uns perfekt. Frank ist sehr hilfsbereit und gleich erreichbar, wenn man ihn braucht. Wenn wir wieder in der Gegend sind, werden wir sehr gerne an diesen tollen Ort zurückkommen.

A medical crisis arose during our stay, but Clara jumped in with advice and help, ensuring that what could have been quite serious was more easily navigated than it otherwise would have been without Clara's assistance and care. Amazing hospitality. This was a last-minute, late evening booking due to an unforeseen change in travel. Panayotis was very responsive and incredibly generous in offering to give me a ride when he was already in the area and then storing my luggage in the morning for an hour past the check-out time I didn't have time to take full advantage of the upstairs veranda but enjoyed my walk to the little chapel nearby and along the coastline. Panayotis also offered some suggestions for the next leg of travel in Greece.

Die Unterkunft von Aris ist sehr schön. Bei Eintritt ins Haus hat man sich wohl gefühlt! Der Garten ist so chillig und es ist von der Lage her perfekt für uns gewesen, da wir Familie in Peristeri wohnen haben! Aris war immer erreichbar und die Kommunikation war tadellos! Beim nächsten Osterfest ist er wieder unsere erste Wahl!

Πολύ καλή διαμονή, μας αρέσει πολύ ο εξωτερικός χώρος και ο κήπος με λαχανικά. Νιώθαμε ηρεμία και χαλάρωση. Τα παιδιά ξετρελάθηκαν όσο με πισίνα τόσο και με το τραμπολίνο, πινγκ-πονγκ, μπάσκετ και ηλεκτρικό αυτοκινητάκι, το οποίο μας πρόσφεραν οι οικοδεσπότες για το μικρό μας παιδί. Το σπίτι είναι καλά εξοπλισμένο και έχει όλα τα απαραίτητα. Οι οικοδεσπότες πολύ ευγενικοί και εξυπηρετικοί. Η Ελένα μας άφησε δωράκια : βιολογικό κρασί, γλυκό του κουταλιού, δάφνη σπιτικό, σαπούνι χειροποίητο. Την ευχαριστούμε πολύ! Θα ξαναεπισκεφτούμε το κατάλυμα το καλοκαίρι για να απολαύσουμε την πισίνα περισσότερο 😉. Ευχαριστούμε τα παιδιά για τις ευχάριστη διαμονή που είχαμε.

Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit in der Wohnung. Die Lage ist ideal, um die Umgebung von Nafplio zu erkunden. Die Aussicht ist wunderschön. Obwohl wir Timi nicht persönlich getroffen haben, hat er immer sofort auf Nachrichten regiert und alle Fragen sofort beantwortet, inklusive Restauranttipps. Absolut empfehlenswert!

Για ακόμα μια φορά, ο κ. Φίλιππος ήταν άριστος οικοδεσπότης, ευγενεστατος και κυρίως προνοητικός. ο δε χώρος άψογος άνετος και κυρίως εκπληκτικά καθαρός. Νιώσαμε όπως κάθε φορα σαν το σπίτι μας. Προτείνω τον χώρο ανεπιφύλακτα.

Η διαμονή μας στο κατάλυμα ήταν εξαιρετική από την αρχή μέχρι το τέλος. Το σπίτι ήταν πεντακάθαρο, όμορφα διακοσμημένο και πλήρως εξοπλισμένο με ό,τι χρειαζόμασταν. Η τοποθεσία ήταν ιδανική — ήσυχη αλλά ταυτόχρονα κοντά σε όλα τα σημεία ενδιαφέροντος. Η οικοδεσπότης ήταν φιλική, εξυπηρετική και πάντα διαθέσιμη για οποιαδήποτε απορία είχαμε. Μας έδωσε πολύτιμες συμβουλές για την περιοχή και φρόντισε να νιώθουμε σαν στο σπίτι μας. Σίγουρα θα επιστρέψουμε και το προτείνουμε ανεπιφύλακτα!

There is an access from elevator direct to the apartment. Interesting design. The apartment is bright. There is a lot of windows with nice views. From the bedroom there is an access to the balcony and the roof top, where is very comfortable place to take a cup of coffee looking to the bay and the city. The view is nice both at night and daytime. There is a washing machine, and it is very important for me. The is no microwave, but you may use the owen to preheat your food. In general the apartment is full of things for comfortable life. It is silent and you don’t hear the neighbors. The way to the sea takes only 15 minutes by walking. Recommended. Δεν έχω λόγια για την διαμονή μου στο κατάλυμα ! Η κ. Ευαγγελία ευγενέστατη και φιλοξενη ,με το χαμόγελο μας υποδέχτηκε. Η τοποθεσία εξαιρετική έχεις πρόσβαση σε όλα σε μόνο λίγα λεπτά. Το διαμέρισμα άνετο και καλόγουστο , με έκανε να αισθανθώ κατευθείαν σαν το σπίτι μου. Προτείνω ανεπιφύλακτα !!! 5/5
