Appartamento bellissimo e pulitissimo. Giuseppe è mi ha aspettato fino a sera tardi per il check-in ed è stato gentilissimo.

Beautiful apartment in a great location. Minutes walk to restaurants, groceries and beach. Everything needed was provided and very clean. Great host and very responsive. We would absolutely stay again and highly recommend.

Consiglio vivamente intorno tante cose belle da scoprire posizione della casa a tutto il necesario intorno supermercato farmacia panetteria davanti una spiaggia molto tranquilla noi siamo stati molto bene la disponibilità di Giovanni sempre presente!! 😊casa molto comoda e pulita come descritto.

Francesco è un host sempre disponibile il suo appartamento è confortevole e vicinissimo al mare, sicuramente un ottimo posto per vivere a piena Schiavonea !

Salve ,sono stato con la mia famiglia nel mese di agosto 2024 buona esperienza zona tranquilla vicino a un campeggio carino spiaggia raggiungibile a piedi A circa 50 metri se non si vuole prendere l’auto .Comunque tutto raggiungibile in pochi minuti di auto sia per altre spiagge libere e sia per raggiungere locali per colazione pranzo o cena il paese è bello se si vuole girare c’è da vede molto . Ne approfitto per ringraziare Piero e lo staffe gentili e a risolvere se ci fosse qualunque problema . Grazie e a presto 🤗👍🏻

Fully renovated, simply furnished one and a half bedroom apartment on the second floor (European count) of an early 1970's townhouse. Dining table for 6. Quiet location although only 100 m from sandy beach. Solid locks on front door and apartment. Parking directly in front of the house. Reception and briefing by the friendly hosts. Excellent mattresses and very good cotton bedding. Quiet sleep. Good washing machine, washing line in front of the window, laundry dries within hours despite the proximity to the sea. Kitchen equipped with proper pots and pans. Coffee capsule espresso machine. Wi-Fi 40 Mbit/s good for video streaming and voip.

La casa ha tutti i confort di cui si necessita, lavatrice, lavastoviglie, microonde, inoltre ci hanno messo a disposizione varia accessori per neonati... la posizione è ottima, a due passi dal mare, poco distante dal centro e lungomare e in una zona tranquilla. Vincenzo e la sua famiglia sono stati molto disponibili e cordiali dall’inizio alla fine.

Ho soggiornato a Villetta Paradiso e che dire, posizione ottima, il mare si raggiunge in meno di 10 minuti a piedi e quindi anche il lungo mare di sera, che offre un’ampia scelta di locali dove fermarsi per cena o anche solo per sorseggiare un drink. Vicinissima anche ad un supermercato. Appartamento pulito, esattamente uguale alla descrizione e host super gentili.

Ein sehr nettes, gut ausgestattetes kleines Haus mit zwei großen Bädern und zwei Schlafzimmern. Für einen längeren Aufenthalt sehr geeignet, auch mit Familie! Vom Schlafzimmer aus hat man Blick auf das Meer, der Strand ist in fünf Gehminuten erreichbar, die Wohngegend ist angenehm ruhig. Die Gastgeber sind super freundlich, es war sogar für Frühstück gesorgt!

Irene e Vittorio sono stati padroni di casa discreti, ci hanno lasciato piena libertà di azione e sono stati sempre disponibili a soddisfare le nostre richieste (dal sapone per bucato alle presine da cucina). La biancheria (lenzuola e asciugamani) era profumata e a metà del soggiorno è stata interamente sostituita. Ci sono stati forniti cuscini extra (nuovi, sotto vuoto). Il giardino è curatissimo e ideale per far giocare i bambini in sicurezza (ci è stata prestata anche un'altalena dei loro nipotini). Il silenzio che consente di sentire il rumore del mare a pochi metri non ha prezzo. Disponibili stoviglie di ogni genere (piatti, ciotole, vassoi, bicchieri, mestoli e posate in abbondanza). Zona lavatoio e stenditoio comodissima, doppia doccia esterna nel verde, e con acqua calda, superlativa. Acqua fresca nel frigorifero e un cadeau di benvenuto all'arrivo. Avremmo prolungato il soggiorno ma la casa era già prenotata da altri ospiti. Torneremo sicuramente, 10 e lode agli hosts.

We stayed 10 days with my girlfriend at Tiffany's home and we felt really welcomed by her family, they picked us to the Casolare and shown us around. The place it's big, cozy and it was spotless when we arrived. Tiffany's family were super nice and eager to help and answer all the questions we came up with. If you wanna have a rent big house with a nice view to the Calabrian sea and live a full italian experience this place may be perfect for you.

From the very first we could not have been made to feel more welcome. Both Francesca and her mum could not have been more helpful from dealing with initial niggles ( our fault and misunderstanding) to providing advice and support throughout our stay. The apartment was wonderfully situated for the sea and for the climb to the Old Town. It is also only a short walk to the supermarket and numerous local shops. Cariati itself is a charming place which slowly seeps into you and leaves marvellous memories.

The Rocketta House is an interesting place to stay if you are looking to spend some time in a typical "centro storico" area. It has all the amenities that are necessary for cooking, sleeping, and cleaning, and is very well located. You can walk to the famous Sanctuary of San Francesco di Paola. The main central square is 5 minutes away. Ferruccio is a lovely host who is always available to answer any question related to your trip. If a person has allergies to mold, the place may not be the right fit. Ferruccio did mention the mold to me before we came to Paola. The upper floor has a very nice balcony, so you don't sense the mold. The bathrooms have curtains instead of doors and an exterior wood sliding door without a lock that separates them from the living room area. For some people it may not be a big deal, but for a group of four (me, my mother and two siblings) it was a bit of an issue. The warm welcome from the neighbor was a great part of our visit.

ótimo lugar, tudo em perfeito estado e muito bem limpo/organizado. localização é literalmente no centro da cidade muito cômodo e fácil locomoção. Graziella sempre muito rápida e educada para tirar dúvidas , tudo ótimo

"La casa è stata perfetta per la nostra vacanza: comoda, spaziosa e situata a pochi passi dal mare. Abbiamo apprezzato molto la presenza di due bagni in camera, una comodità che ha reso il soggiorno ancora più piacevole. Il terrazzo è un vero gioiello, ideale per trascorrere serate rilassanti chiacchierando in compagnia!".

Il soggiorno è stato davvero positivo e lo consiglio vivamente. L'alloggio era esattamente come descritto e l'host è stato estremamente disponibile, venendoci incontro con gli orari di check-in e check-out. Inoltre, ci ha fornito preziose indicazioni sui prodotti tipici e sui servizi nei dintorni. L'appartamento era ben fornito di tutto il necessario e perfetto per una famiglia di quattro persone. La vista dall'appartamento era mozzafiato, con una splendida panoramica sul mare. Aprire la porta la mattina e trovarsi di fronte a tale spettacolo è stato davvero incredibile. Inoltre, la spiaggia è facilmente raggiungibile, bastano letteralmente cinque passi a piedi per attraversare la strada. Il parcheggio è sempre disponibile, gratuito e si trova proprio di fronte all'ingresso dello stabile. Tuttavia, l'appartamento si trova all'ultimo piano di un edificio senza ascensore, il che può risultare un po' faticoso per chi ha problemi a salire le scale o per portare su le valigie.

Il posto è molto bello. La casa è difronte al mare quindi è in posizione perfetta per chi desidera una vacanza rilassante. Il passe è molto carino, poco distante da ristoranti, supermecati. A pochi minuti si trova un paese più grande dove è possibile trovare supermecati,negozi, bar ecc... La signora Angela è molto gentile e disponibile, ci ha dato tante informazioni utili per la nostra permanenza.

Just the place in itself was more beautiful. I'm very well, kept then the photos even let on. the view is spectacular, almost picturesque. To a point you feel like you're dreaming when you wake up. i myself did not have a car and they helped me with groceries a couple times which is above and beyond what I ever expected, it was very gracious of them. Any questions that I had were answered very promptly and very politely. i never felt that it was a bother to write them if I had a question about local activities etc. i found almost everyone there very polite and helpful and anything that I needed or wanted to ask. The place is truly tranquil and I do miss staying there very much. doing that trip by myself. I was pretty much terrified, but I felt right at home once.I settled in. And the feeling of being rightRight at home was something that I needed, and it's something I think everyone on a holiday needs. I do highly recommend this place.And I intend to go back as soon as I can. 👍

Wir wurden herzlich empfangen und unkompliziert in die Wohnung eingeführt: Reichlich Wasser und Kaffee standen für uns bereit. 2 Balkone (Nordwest bzw. um Eck Nordost mit Blick aufs Meer, Südwest bzw. Südost ums Eck mit Blick auf die Bergketten) luden ein, das Frühstück, ein Sonnenbad oder den Abendausklang zu genießen. Die Einrichtung ließ keinen Wunsch offen (s. Beschreibung). Hunde, Katzen, Hühner in der Nachbarschaft vermitteln ein ländliches Flair. Fabrizio Piccolo war für uns der Ausgangspunkt für viele kurzweilige Unternehmungen (Nahbereich: Rossano und Corigliano - enge Altstädte in Hanglage, Sibari mit dem Archäologischen Park; Fernbereich: Camigliatello Silano im herrlichen Sila-Nationalpark). Ein Auto ist für das Quartier empfehlenswert, genügend Parkraum steht am Haus, gelegen an einer Sackgasse, zur Verfügung. Der Abschied, unkompliziert arrangiert, fiel uns schwer.
