The place is so nice and clean, stone away from Ayala which is very good. Best place to stay in Cebu. I will definitely book the place again.

I had a wonderful 12days stayed in Dianne's place. Even though there's some issues with late check in coz room weren't ready, toilet is leaking with bad smell, not good internet connection. but Diannee hospitality covers it all, What I like on this area is very convenient for transportation,restaurant,Robinson supermarket, pharmacy, laundry water refilling station is just within the building..with accommodating security's as well. Highly recommended this place to others 👌

Great place to stay in between the flights and it can accommodate 4 people easily.

We had a great stay and there are two things 1. Bathroom will gets clogged once you will use to dump. But on the first day the helper is already helped us on the problem. Last: the PS4 got an error that needs to connect the controller using micro usb and the host was already sent a new chord but on my end i over see it. Definitely will book this place again soon :) cause I will play the PS4 again. Again thank you Mark for letting us use your place to celebrate my birthday .

We stayed for two separate night either side of ferry trips to Bohol and the Camotes and before flying out of Cebu and found the location to be most ideal for this. Walking distance to many Filipino food stalls, Savemore Grocery Store, restaurants, laundry services, 7/11… Short 5-7min car ride to the airport. 30 mins to either port for ferry services. Easy check in and out, neat and tidy unit with a well equiped kitchen, super effective split system aircon and a lovely resort style swimming pool. Outstanding communication from Grachel!

property was very nice and comfortable. staff on-site was attentive and helpful. place was clean and set up well when we arrived. The option for outdoor and indoor dining was a very nice touch, and detached villas for extra space. would highly recommend this place.

What a awesome experience. Lillibeth went above and beyond to make my wife and I feel welcomed for the two we were there. Lillibeth and her husband was always there to answer any questions we had or things that needed to be addressed. Since I know the area very well there was no problem getting around because Lillibeth's home is close to everything. Public Market, Airport, Gaisano Mall, Cebu City and all the major attractions for tourists. I rate her home and service 5 stars. Absolutely wonderful. Great community with 24 hour security at the gate. I recommend highly. Thanks for everything.

This place is amazing, lots of rooms, and private. Pool is great! Host is friendly as well. 10/10!

The place was awesome. Checked in for 2 nights with no problem. It is situated inside a subdivision and its on a dead end. Had a bar with barbecue grill. Parking space for a car is available. Rooms can accomodate around 8 pax with a aircon in every room. Aircon in the sala is not working when we went there. Internet is good. Water was not a problem although host told me that they have some issues with tge supply. We enjoyed our stay in this humble home. Will definitely return. By the way planes can be heard most of the time here but we dont have any issues for it.

I am writing this review on behalf of my daughter, who stayed at this Airbnb home with her friends. I was the one who booked it for them, and I must say, we were extremely happy with the choice! They had an amazing stay from March 5-8. The home was super clean, fragrant, spacious, and well-organized—truly a breath of fresh air. Every corner was spotless, with no trace of cobwebs, making it the cleanest place they've ever stayed in. The peaceful neighborhood added to the relaxing ambiance, and the home's aesthetic appeal made their stay even more enjoyable. With all rooms air-conditioned, including the living area, they all slept comfortably. There were four bedrooms, including one on the second floor with two bunk beds, making it perfect for larger groups (they were 10 in total).

The host was incredibly responsive and accommodating. Since we had an early flight at around 3 AM, he went above and beyond by recommending a reliable car rental, ensuring we didn’t have to worry about transportation. The property’s proximity to the airport made our trip even more convenient. Highly recommended for anyone with an early flight!

It's more than what we paid for. We had the warmest welcome, that us feel at home right away. Our host was very responsive, and attended to our needs right away. The space was huge, clean, and since we do not want to mess up with the home vibes, our food stuff was really concentrated on the dining table. Rules are clear and they will really make you be respectful of the place. We were in Cebu for work, so coming at our homestay at night was relaxing. The place is just few mins to where we worked, walkable to a mall, mcdo, 7-11 etc We highly recommend the place and we will book again should we get the chance. Thanks to our host.

Love the location. 10 min walk to Ayala mall. On the bus route. Laundry and 7 Eleven on the ground floor. The apartments are small But nice size for a couple. Then our a/c bill wasn’t much (2000 peco a month) Pool was great Very responsive representative Quickly desk with any problems. We will return

Overall it was great experience for me to stay here. Response from the host was every time quick and to the point, building and its facility was very new and comfortable. I will describe other points below. Location: On the map it is very close to the IT park especially Sugbo Mercado, but you have to take a detour and it takes around 10 minutes to walk there. Also, you have to go through a dusty and bumpy construction area before you get to the nearest main road(Sarinas Drive), and little lighting and stray dogs in here can be frightening for an unaccustomed person especially woman walking alone. However, the road was being paved in a fast pace during my month-long stay, so I don't know if this will be the case in the future. Pool amenity: The pool was good for training swimmers, with a length that seemed to be 25 meters. However, it's a facility to chill for families and couples basically, you should choose the time to train yourself alone. I could fulfill it in early morning.

The place was very clean. Their unit is perfect for a place to relax with family. To those who are planning on a staycation near tambuli resort, this unit is highly recommended.

Vi forlængede opholdet i flere dage og dette var nemt med denne fantastiske vært som gjorde det nemt for os og uden problemer! Værten var hurtig responderende og meget venlig og imødekommende for vores henvendelser! Bo her - du ville ikke fortryde! Bonus! Værten har en “mini butik” i lejligheden hvis man fx mangler nudler eller vand som man kan tilkøbe til en god og lokal pris! Vi kommer igen og ville helt klart anbefale lejligheden og værten!

Having stayed in Cebu previously, I wish I had done more research and found this lovely penthouse for our previous trip. The location in Mactan is ideal, the view superb, the kitchen well equipped and overall the penthouse was very clean and very comfortable. Grace helped us with transport which, having been to Cebu previously, was still very much appreciated. With my partner being a filipino we will be returning to Cebu and definitely look to re-book with Grace.
