We had an amazing time with our family and friends. The house was clean and in a beautiful, peaceful location close to downtown. Phil was easy to communication with and a very responsive host. We will definitely stay here again.

This house was so clean & cute!! Gave us the perfect space for our out of town family to stay and roomy enough for local family members to visit. This place worked out PERFECTLY!! We enjoyed every space in this home. The backyard was perfect for morning coffee on the deck. Our Texas family played the lottery in hopes they could buy the place and not have to check out lol.

Pat’s place is huge! Plenty of room to spread out and relax. Huge back porch for eating outside, and a great hot tub. A little further from the park, but worth it if you want to relax in the quiet.

Beautiful home in a convenient suburban neighborhood close to many shopping locations and restaurants. Entertaining amenities in home (foosball, arcade machines, giant Jenga outside, pool). Very responsive and friendly host

Unbelievable host. Unbelievable location (yes, you can feel the love!). Deserves all the five-star ratings and more. Nothing to add other than everything stated in all the other 5-Star reviews is 100% true. Great place: super fun, worth every penny, will come again. Oh, and Bill made the best scone I've ever had in my life. Wow, such a great experience!

Our stay in Murphy’s was a lovely experience. We booked our stay for a book club retreat and were looking for a quiet, comfortable spot to relax and read. The house was clean and spacious, very comfortable to accommodate our group. The location is perfect and walkable to many restaurants and wineries. I would recommend this location for sure!

I cannot say enough great things about our stay! From the moment we arrived, everything was spotless, beautifully decorated, and exactly as described—if not better. The host was incredibly welcoming, responsive, and provided thoughtful touches that made us feel right at home. The hot tub and game room was a game-changer, and every detail was clearly designed for comfort and convenience. Great stay for our family of four. Much more space than we needed. Could easily accommodate two families. The house is incredibly spacious with tons of activities (pool, hot tub, swings, games, books, ping pong, TV, etc.). Convenient access to Yosemite (about a 90 min drive to Yosemite Valley).

We really enjoyed our stay. Great location to all the buzz around town. The house he very clean and had the basics! I highly recommend staying here!
