The living room has doors & can be used as an additional bedroom (4) with a pullout couch. Beautiful sunrises/sunsets with tons of windows overlooking Oneida Lake. New dock w/ bench and ladder w/ a SANDY BOTTOM (4’ deep at end) Amenities include a 4D massage chair, pool table, piano & kayaks for the water. Garage is deep enough for truck/trailer connected. Private retreat on 45 acres, 5 miles from major highway. Salmon river 20 mins drive, snowmobile trails across the road. Private cozy cabin, queen size bed and futon. This is all one area with a private bathroom. Bathroom has full size shower, kitchen area a microwave, fridge, coffee maker and inside grill. Tea, coffee, water provided. BBQ on the front porch. Woodland trails, wildlife and privacy. No smoking or vaping in the cabin. Perfect for retreats or just being able to relax and breathe

In between Lake Ontario, Lake Oneida n the Salmon River,5 minutes from 81 in Parish NY,very quiet backroad,.i try my best to make the cabin as homey as possible and keep everything stocked so you dont need much but if you ever need me imatext away and things will be taken care of immedietly.Thank you for looking and i hope youll give My lil cabin a chance❤Sometimes check in times change, to clean from last guest!Also only shower in warm months as its outside,accomadationssometimesfor longerstays

Our place is located in a quiet and safe neighborhood just off the interstate - 10 minutes from Syracuse University, LeMoyne College, hospitals and downtown. It is just minutes away from Starbucks, Panera's, Wegmans and numerous other restaurants and shopping facilities. It is also very close to the Erie Canal trail for walking, jogging or biking. We have chosen to go with an Adirondack theme with our decor. We live just across the street and you will enjoy total privacy when you stay.

Steps away from a blueberry farm and a path for walking, biking or taking out a quad.
