This was my fourth time staying here, and it’s always a pleasure. The place is clean, comfortable, and feels like a home away from home. Tracey is always so welcoming and kind—highly recommend!

Very nice place to stay, enjoyed sitting on the deck overlooking the lake in the mornings and evenings. Comfortable beds and well stocked kitchen with everything we needed to make some simple meals. Came for a weekend to attend a baby shower in Cromwell as well as do some kid activities (Dinosaur state park and Kid City) so it was a good central location between all of those locations.

I rented this home on the 'off-season' for my SIL birthday surprise. My family (us 'kids and family') summered for vaca in Clinton, every year, as a kid, so I knew where I was. This place was above and beyond. PERFECT location for EVERYTHING, the beach is right next door, gas fireplace when cold at night....I cannot say enough good things about Evolve, as well as he hosts of this amazing , perfectly laid out home! From the moment we walked in, it just felt,'homey'. Such a great 3 night, 4 day trip for us!!! Even took 25 minutes to drive down 95 to New Haven to check out Frank Pepe's (the original) and....OMG, wear stretchy pants. Hands down, the BEST pizza I have ever had. 25 minutes away(I'm Italian) Do It! Don't waste time anywhere else. This home is the perfect layout, beach, everything within 10 minutes. You WILL NOT BE DISSAPOINTED! I'm actually seriously considering renting again for a long weekend after Labor Day- 'Off-Season"....Cheers!

My son, our border collie dog and I had a wonderful stay at Margie’s place. We really enjoyed the property, the access to the lake and paddle board. There was plenty of yard to run around, play frisbee, soccer and enjoy the lake. Margie was really attentive and friendly and the other dogs were great friends for ours. Thanks for hosting us!

My family and I stayed here while visiting family and with there only being 2 star hotels in the area this Airbnb was perfect! The furniture was nice and comfortable as well as clean. It was also very spacious for our family for the weekend. We enjoyed our stay very much! I would definitely be staying here again in the future.

Carlos was a fantastic host - super responsive and went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable. Beautiful large property was perfect for our group. Do note that communication is with Carlos outside of the app - Evolve is not really involved.

Loved it the gorgeous clean home was enough everything in the household loved the plenty of yard for the kids too have a wonderful peaceful play day will 10000 book this place for sure thank you for allowing me and my family too enjoy this gorgeous home . Really spacious also

Remy was always responsive to our questions and requests, and regularly checked in to see how we were doing. The location is excellent and very safe. It’s especially convenient for anyone visiting Yale, as you can easily reach any of the campuses from the nearby bus stop. I would love to stay here again if I have the chance.😊

Great place with one of the most well stocked kitchens I have ever been to. The place is spotless and spacious, rooms are comfortable with lots of storage. Highly recommended.

Had a lovely stay here with my husband and my parents. Everything looked nice and up to date, the area was very quiet and pretty. There is a power plant across the water that isn't as pretty as everything else, if that matters to you— it didn't bother us, and we were out most of the day anyway. But overall it was a nice relaxing spot to stay and has just about everything you might need.

Essex Village is the best. Great restaurants. Great shopping. Great attractions. Extremely walkable. And this location is in the heart of it.

We absolutely loved this place! Great space for a family, and so walkable to restaurants, walking trail, dog park, etc. Our host was extremely responsive and accommodating. Thank you!
