Country location on a quiet road just minutes from Canandaigua Lake, and Bristol Mountain. Large farmhouse, with private suite including a huge great room (450 sf), wrap around screened-in porch. Please note that bedrooms and bath are upstairs. Geothermal heating/cooling. No full kitchen or downstairs sink available, only toaster oven, mini fridge, coffee maker (Keurig) with seating for 4 in section of great room. TV, fast Wifi for all your devices. Plenty of privacy and room to spread out.

Year round Lake front retreat will accommodate up to 8 guests with 2 bedrooms sleeping 4 people and full bath on the first floor and 2 bedrooms (one with balcony overlooking the lake) and full bath on the second level. This cozy lake front home has all your needs, wants, and desires all in one perfect setting. Just recently renovated in spring 2019. This home offers breathtaking views. It comes equipped with a dock for boat access. Boat rentals are nearby at local marinas. Enjoy a full-view sun porch with the sounds of the lake in your mornings while enjoying your coffee. There is a separate patio area with beautiful stamped concrete and a cozy sheltered area with an outdoor ceiling fan and sun shade also.

The Getaway Hideaway House is tucked near the scenic Honeoye and Canandaigua Lake Wine & Brewery Trail—perfect for wine lovers, adventurers, and those seeking a peaceful escape. Enjoy stunning valley and hillside views from the living room or while relaxing in the year-round covered hot tub on the patio. Just a short drive (under 10 minutes) to Naples for great dining and entertainment. Note: Due to the hillside location, AWD or 4WD is recommended during inclement weather for safe access.

Offgrid Tiny home with private ponds, Finger lakes

This tiny house is surrounded by forest and ponds, just out of Naples. You will have private access to a pond and 15 acres of forest. In winter you are minutes away from Bristol mountain ski resort and Hunt hollow ski resort. For cross country skiing there is Cummings nature centre down the road. This property is in a prime area with lakes to kayak or fish on, many hiking trails including Grimes Glen, and the wine routes and arts and crafts the finger lakes are known for. 2 nights minimum

The Nut House

This apartment is located in a beautiful country setting. There is private parking available for guests. Located on the first floor is the entrance to the hallway. Once inside you will have a private door to enter your private apartment. Outside you can enjoy your private patio in the back, a well kept yard, and very nice gardens. There is no stove, but we do offer amenities for simple cooking and reheating food. We also offer a basic continental breakfast with cereal and coffee.
