Queen Elizabeth Park, Nat Bailey Stadium, Hillcrest Community Center & shops, restaurants & cafes are all nearby. The house have 2bedrooms, a living room & dining room, a well-equipped kitchen with breakfast area and a sunroof covered patio which surrounded by trees & flowers. The recreation room (with a sofa bed & a treadmill) are located in the basement.
