We had a great time at SK Villa. We cooked some fabulous meals and watched many movies together. Walked to the sunset beach and martins. Walked around the house. Maid was super nice and helpful. I and my friends throughly enjoyed our vacation. Sylvester was super helpful and took care of us. Thank you for everything, will definitely come back again to stay. This place is more beautiful than pics do justice.

We are in love with this place and Ritu has been the most gracious host. The place itself is beautiful. The entire property is very well maintained and rendered colourful because of thousands of flowers. Whatever you see advertised is what you get and probably more. Housekeeping is also done regularly. Cavelossim beach is just across the road. There are lot of stores and cafés around. Perfect! Couldn’t ask for anything more.

We had a very pleasant and peaceful stay at Sejel's homestay. The place was clean, comfortable and very well maintained. The owners are very friendly and helpful. Make you feel like home. They are really great hosts. And location of property is very prominent. Cafes nearby. Beach is also very nearby. All in all an awesome experience.

Eric’s place is absolutely lovely. It’s nestled in a quiet society perfect for families or groups looking for a chilled holiday. The house itself is huge, clean and has all working amenities required. The bedrooms are large and all have working AC units. Eric was very responsive and even let us check in earlier as our flight landed 7 hours before our check in time saving us a lot of hassle. I highly recommend this property.

I felt completely at home. That should tell future guests about how nice the place is. 5 stars. The property is neat and clean. All amenities are as specified. Good house rules. It is evident that Garvit takes great care of the property. This home is for someone who wants to escape the chaos of a metropolis. It’s peaceful and tranquil. It is spacious and well set up. I loved the living space and the furniture with decor. The fact that the beach is so close is an added advantage. You can just walk up to the beach in 3 to 5 minutes. Future guests, please follow the house rules. Please do not make it difficult for the house help by being irresponsible. This is a home and treat it with respect. Garvit is a proactive and detail oriented host. Always available. There is a lot to explore from here. Different experiences. But it’s mostly for the laid back folks. If you’re a party animal, then south Goa is not the place. Special mention to Chiku. I will miss the puppy. :)

Very clean and nice place with a beautiful view. Basappa communicated quite well and was helpful. Linen was clean. The backwaters view was the highlight. Beach was close by. A supermarket was also very close and lots of restaurants at walling distance

Тихо, поют птицы. Вилла просто идеальная. Дизайн и индо-португальский стиль - это любовь с первого взгляда. Всё работает: плита, микроволновая печь, тостер, кондиционеры, фены, телевизоры, фильтр для чистой и свежей воды (+каждый день приносят бутылочки воды). На кухне много посуды, чтобы готовить, красиво накрывать стол. Удобная постель и бельё. Ванные со всеми принадлежностями. Спасибо команде клининга. Шамиля следит за чистотой в таком большом доме, мы просто наслаждались жизнью. Чистый, благоухающий, ухоженный дом. Каждый день поливают цветы и выметают двор. Безупречный отдых в красивом месте, рядом с лучшим пляжем в Гоа, вам точно сюда!

Spotless in our experience Beach is nearby with a 5 minute stroll Very responsive host. Immediately replies. Actually we didn’t require a lot of assistance since everything was working and exactly where it should be. Cherry on the cake is a proper front loading washing machine. Remember: you’re required to inform the housekeeping service 1 day prior Negative: No view outside the hall or bedroom. Thats the only negative point.

We have now stayed at Clinton's place four or five times. It is a quiet place, his parents live downstairs and are both very helpful but also respectful of our privacy. The rooms are large and airy and windows are covered with mosquito proof netting so very good in warm weather. We have use of cooking facilities, washing machine, WiFi, TV and the house is quite close to basic shops. We did have access to a car so that makes it easier to get about specially to the beach etc.
