We had a great stay! Very friendly hosts with quick response time. The little stream that runs through the property. Quick uber to red rocks and don’t have to fight traffic. Overall very peaceful, we highly recommend!

My wife and I and our 2-year old daughter stayed at Susan's place during our visit to see family in Colorado for Thanksgiving. The place was absolutely perfect and had everything we needed, as well as some other above-and-beyond amenities (such as food, drinks, kids' toys, and even a private hot tub!). We really enjoyed our stay and will definitely be back next time we're in town. Thank you so much, Susan!

Would definitely recommend this Airbnb!! We had 10 friends on our 10th annual college group trip and we were very impressed with how the space was even cuter in person! We really appreciated all the amenities the Airbnb had to offer! The space was beyond our expectations - plenty of indoor and outdoor hang-out spaces to spread out, plenty of towels (hot tub and shower), extra blankets and pillows and the kitchen had all the cooking supplies, storage containers & dishes needed. There were so many thoughtful amenities to make us feel at home like having the body wash & shampoo/conditioner in each shower provided and we loved having the to-go coffee cups! The location of the Airbnb is great; grocery stores, restaurants, and shops are very close by! Communication with Rob & Kia was a breeze and they were quick to reply to communication during our stay and leading up to it. Would absolutely stay here again in the future! Thanks again Rob & Kia!

Matt was an amazing host! He truly went out of his way to make our stay comfortable and to meet our needs. His place is super comfortable and cozy so we felt right at home as soon as we got there. Would definitely recommend staying in his studio!

I had a wonderful week staying in Littleton. Keith and Aleah are very kind. It was very peaceful, and cozy. There were many near by places to hike, and eat. Loved relaxing in the hot tub after hike, grilling dinner. Overall a wonderful stay. I will hope to be back.

Hosts go above and beyond to be proactive in making sure that check-in is easy ask can be. Great little place, close to old town Littleton as well as a good amount to see just meandering around the neighborhood.

Place was amazing and perfect. Modern, all the amenities and everything u need, clean, dialed, spacious, etc. Was wonderful.

Dylan’s home was the perfect space to stay for our weekend. The space was spacious, clean, and felt safe. Checking-in/out was simple and easy and instructions were clear. Dylan was a friendly and gracious host.
