Columbia River : chambres d'hôtel

This was a really awesome last minute find for us. Very private but just on the edge of a very small campground with a couple of cabins. This was part of a duplex, but felt so private off of everything with your own back little view of a little treed area and a peek a boo of the sky and across the lake hillside. We were happily surprised for the back deck and bbq area. The space was fully equipped, super duper clean and the beds were comfy and pillows were amazing. There was a great bathroom , with a bath, perfect for our little guy and also laundry on the property that we so needed after jumping around to places in our two weeks travel. Very family oriented and within seconds our 20 month old found a little friend. Awesome play ground and badminton. Little cafe , ice cream and groceries in walking distance , and the main beach was only a 5 minute drive, yet tiny beaches were just a few minutes walk down the street. Great coffee too, highly recommend. The campground was super quiet...loved it.

Great stay! I travel for work and needed a place for a month. This place was great. Clean room, comfortable bed, good internet for work. It was the off-season, so the port was pretty quiet most days. Able to walk around and look at the fishing boats and little shops in peace. The hotel pub has great food, good drinks, and excellent service. Highly recommend staying here. Great place!

We'll be back! The Roslyn Hotel is a perfect spot to stay. It is in the heart of main street so you can walk everywhere. Also it's about a 10 min drive to Suncadia. We stayed in the larger townhouse. it was perfect for two families with kids. Beautiful and clean space. Bonus: 2 blocks away from the park and walking trail.

Everything went extremely well: location, decoration, space, cleanliness, communication, check-in, value for money... we requested for an extended day and got the response almost immediately, this greatly helped with our trip planning.

Great place to stay, close to everything, Although the Cafe mentioned in the Stay Description was closed for business; we found other great eateries in town. I would recommend The Brick Saloon for food and drinks, staff is friendly and helpful. The Roslyn Mercantile for breakfast and snacks. Logan’s for Lunch or Dinner, great outdoor seating with fire pits. Pioneer Park has great trails. The bookstore is fun and Miner’s Store has unique gifts. Fusion Glass has interesting designs. I will Stay again at the Spruce Moose Inn.

Great visit. Walkable to a cool neighborhood with coffee, food, vintage shops. Very large and private space. I'll stay there again!

Such a lovely place to stay for the Mt. Rainer! Ralph & Allie proactively prepares everything everything to make sure everyone is like at home. Highly recommended.

I loved the room. It was stylish, spotlessly clean with a big, comfortable bed, and nicely updated bathroom. I would highly recommend it, and would definitely stay there again. It's a good value as it is located in a charming boutique hotel, but the price, when I checked, was a good deal compared to a hotel stay. The bedroom is on the small side, typical for a city hotel, but comfortable and functional. There's a large window out to the street, and another small window on the other wall, which light the room nicely. Double-paned glass keeps the room quiet. I liked the city view. There is also a sitting room with a sofa as you enter, which makes the suite feel bigger and provides a nice place to sit. There is a small fridge, microwave, coffee maker, small desk and chair - everything I needed. One reviewer said the hotel stored their luggage. This time, the concierge didn't want to store my luggage, but the bike shop up the street stored my bag until 6pm for just $10 CAD.

What an awesome stay! Beautiful, well-appointed apartment in a lovely resort. Will look forward to returning!

Our stay was great!! It was perfect for a family vacation! Lots of great stuff for kids to do.

We had a great time staying here, check in was easy and the amenities were as described. The outdoor pool is very warm even in the middle of winter!

Brian and Jodi's place was perfect for our weekend concert at The Gorge. The pool is really nice and HUGE.

Such a wonderful week spent on Point Roberts! Heather’s place is extremely quaint and peaceful. The larger house was not occupied at the time of our stay, which made it feel even more private! So many places to explore with the most stunning sunsets from the beach.

It is wonderful to see the restoration process of such an historic place. I look forward to returning to see the progress. The staff was very friendly, the tubs pristine and the water divine.

This was our first experience with Airbnb and it was lovely. Amazing place to beachcomb in the mornings, so peaceful along the shore. Donald’s place was clean and beautifully renovated. Many appliances to make it easy to cook and save a bit of money. Donald himself was lovely. A true gentleman who was genuinely concerned about our comfort. Will stay again and recommend to family and friends!

Great stay in area with much more expensive hotels. Excellent restaurants all around. Easy walk to Canada Line transport. 20 minute walk to cruise port (or $10 Uber). The suite was spacious. Bedroom, and sitting room with full kitchen. Like a hotel suite from the 70’s with dated furnishings and strong water pressure! Not premium linens, but if you are ok with that it’s a great amount of space and value in an ideal location!

Had a great time staying here for our Thanksgiving weekend road trip. We loved being right on the water and in quiet and peaceful surroundings. My son and I loved the location and look forward to coming back next year! Matt was great and very responsive. Thanks, Matt!

I recently stayed at this amazing Airbnb Retreat. The hosts were super friendly and went out of their way to make sure we had a great experience (they offered ride to nearest bus station and ferry out of respecting our request as we didn’t have a car). The amenities were top-notch, including a fully equipped washroom and a lovely garden with pond and a hot tub to relax in. The environment was peaceful and perfect for unwinding. I highly recommend it!

Second stay at this amazing little place. The lively neighbors played so well with our two little boys. They all got together and played soccer together and everyone was gentle. Plus, once dinner time came rolling around, all was quiet. I recommend this place whenever you need a place to stay!

Matthew and his cleaner are lovely and attentive. We felt like we mattered and well cared for, yet not intrusive whatsoever. The perfect combo of " private yet taken care of". I bet this place is a blast in the summer for river floating... we were her in the autumn and it was glorious weather. The built in air conditioner worked as a heater ! regardless of season , this is the biggest PLUS. I cannot imagine a hot summer in Lake Cowichan WITHOUT the unit's cool air pump , ie air conditioner ..... undeniably a deal breaker or deal maker. THANK YOU for the temperature control Matthew. Looking forward to a summer stay.

Great little space that is surprisingly close to everything, as it feels like a world away. Josh and Sasi are incredible hosts, and lovely folks in their own right!! Would recommend, and will absolutely stay again. The space was perfect for Royal & I. Thank you for having us.

Excellent stay!!! I was in town long term for work and this was a great place to stay. Gail and Bob are super kind hosts and very accommodating. Peaceful, quiet and safe neighborhood.
