Built from a saved, moved, & reconstructed 1850s- era barn from a former local dairy farm, this upstairs studio space features views of the Berkshire Mountains and walking paths on the 5 acre grounds. 20 mins from Jiminy Peak. 20 mins from Tanglewood Music Center. The space has a queen bed, sofa, kitchen area with fridge, sink, oven, stove, microwave, Keurig and coffee, toaster, and cooking essentials. **EV Charging Station coming sometime summer of 2023. Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space. Sited on a 120 acre farm with access to a mile of riverfront (10 minute nature walk to the river), this cottage has it all. Large windows, a bunk room for kids, a hot tub, fireplace, EV charging and a cozy large screen tv room. Close to the train, Red Hook, Rhinebeck, Hudson and between 30 mins to an hour from great skiing depending on if you want to ski in MA, CT, or NY. Landscaping is still going in!

Recently renovated. Close to the Hudson River and Village Park. Walking distance to great restaurants and Brewery. There are hiking trails, kayaking, shopping, vinyards and a Castle near by. Hudson is a bridge away or a Ferry ride across the Hudson River. Our property has a two car driveway in the front of the house off of Washington Avenue. You can also park in the municipal lot behind the house. Electric charging stations are available there.
