The Round House

Welcome to the Round House! This one-of-a-kind, converted grain silo has everything you need to feel right at home. The bedroom is upstairs. Delta is a gateway to the Western Slope of Colorado. Grand Mesa, Black Canyon National Monument and innumerable outdoor destinations are within a short distance. Please let me know if you are traveling with a dog when you reserve. There is a $30 PER dog fee. No Cats Please. If your stay is longer than 14 days there will be an additional deep cleaning fee.

Lounge by the fireplace, listen to some vinyl, enjoy the plants throughout. Large patio with porch swings. Spacious bedroom with luxurious queen mattress, cotton bedding and blackout curtains. Laptop-friendly workspace plus barn doors upstairs. Easy access to everything in Denver, but you may just choose to stay in.

Quiet neighborhood located only 15 minutes away from Eldora Ski Resort, Nederland, and the Hessie & 4th of July trails. 25 minutes to the Brainard Lake Recreation Area, 30 minutes to the historic town of Gold Hill or Boulder. 50 minutes to Estes Park and Rocky Mountain National Park! Bring your bikes & hiking shoes as there are trails leading into the national forest. Two retired gentle horses for you to bond with!

Enjoy peace and quiet while picking a peach in the orchard or grapes in the vineyard. We are conveniently located 2 miles from downtown Palisade and 13 miles from downtown Grand Junction. From skiing, to mountain biking, to rafting, to hiking, and road biking there are outdoor activities nearby for all levels.

Come enjoy country views just 4.1 miles from downtown Palisade. This adorable mother in law "barn" is located right behind our main living house. We are conveniently located right next to the Palisade fruit and wine byway. You'll enjoy gorgeous views of Mt. Garfield looming to the north and the Grand Mesa to the east. Enjoy a soak in the hot tub after a long day of adventure. This is country living at its best! We live next door, but this ADU is all yours.
